Guests have a choice of 5 suites, 8 single rooms and 49 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Perfect hotel in a perfect location!

What a lovely hotel positioned in the most perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and tavernas. Also close to a beautiful sandy beach. All the staff at the Karras Hotel were friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned every day. There was a good choice of breakfast every day and served until 10am and even then you weren’t rushed to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ideally located 30 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the strip. Some really lovely restaurants nearby. Staff are friendly in particular Yastheena. Breakfast is good 0730-0945. Our sink got blocked but was soon fixed. We only had 1/2 a shower screen door (the other 1/2 was missing) so the bathroom floor got very wet. Air con and key safe included in the room which is very good. Cleaned every day. Take a teaspoon for the room because there isn’t one or cups/glasses for water. Fridge and kettle provided with a hair dryer. We didn’t stay around the pool due to the sun beds being very uncomfortable. They could do with some padding.

A basic but clean and good housekeeping. Kettle provided but cups not replaced and no spoon. Rooms can be noisy at night with other guests. We did not go in the pool mainly because the sun beds were the most uncomfortable and definitely need some cushions. Good service at reception and Nikos was most friendly and well spoken English to advise us about the island and transport.. thank you Nikos. We had breakfast included, it was ok, same served daily. On the whole I wouldn’t say a 4* more like a 3 * for me personally.

Fab stay at Karras Livin/Karras Hotel

We had a lovely welcome from Nikos and Yassine when we arrived to check in. Due to it being a very early flight our room wasn't ready but we were invited to wait in the air conditioned lobby and we didn't have long to wait til our room was ready.We'd been told the fridge was due to be replaced and Yassine arrived quickly with a brand new fridge just after we got to our room. He also helped with setting the AC to the correct setting (we had it in heat mode by mistake!).There was no noise from neighbouring apartments so we slept well. It's a great location from Laganas mini strip as well as having restaurants on the same street. It was a very short walk from Karras Livin to the Karras Hotel.We ended up having breakfast most mornings and the food was tasty and the service was good. The breakfast area was clean as was the rest of the hotel and apartments.The pool area was well maintained with new modern sunbeds, although they could do with a little padding to make them a bit softer when using them as they are solid plastic. (Possibly something that could be provided with a small deposit to those of us that need them!)Our apartment was cleaned regularly by a lovely lady (Afroditi) and she was very friendly.It is also a massive positive that Karras don't charge extra for a room safe and the AC in the room. We noticed that most hotels charge for these in Laganas. The AC unit was modern, efficient and worked very well.Overall, we had a fab stay at the hotel, all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Yassine, Nikos, Afroditi and Ameni are all excellent and a credit to Karras Hotel/Karras Livin.
