Location

The resort is located in Limni Keriou, a famous island holiday spot with sunshine 320 days a year, which is located 15 kilometres from the capital of the island. It is an ideal spot to spend relaxing holidays close to nature. The village is located 150 meters from the beach.

Facility

A stay in an of the 8 villas/houses will leave a lasting impression. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the holiday village feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service and a laundry service. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

    Felt like home – beautiful villa and kind people

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful – the villa was spotless, comfortable, and we felt completely at home. The owner and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. The only small thing that surprised me was the salty tap water – I’d never come across that before on a trip. Other than that, everything was perfect!

    Amazing 2 weeks at Kookis Village.

    We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Kookis Village. Our first time to Zakynthos. My, my partner and our son (aged 7) along with our in laws shared a villa with private pool and it did not disappoint! I would have happily stayed another week. The villas were cleaned by lovely friendly cleaners every single day! Pool towels were provided and changed regularly. Bath towels were changed daily along with bedding. The villa itself was spotless and so spacious for the 5 of us. The air con was much appreciated when the temperatures hit 42 degrees!We got a boat trip from Keri beach (Dolpin boating) to Turtle Island, and Keri Caves and it was so good we down the boat trip again the 2nd week! The restaurants were all lovely with amazing sea views (views I will never get over!) A short walk to Keri beach, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, bakery and cocktail places. Overall we would absolutely recommend to any family although I would suggest getting a hire car as this come in extremely handing for big supermarket visits (Lidl 15 mins drive), and visiting Laganas town (15 mins drive), and Zante Water Village (20 mins drive)We are already talking about returning next year!!!Thank you so much to everyone at Kookis Village for the best 2 weeks!!

    We had a wonderful time at Kookis Villas. Antonis, Nicky and the team work so hard with a smile. The villa and surrounding areas are spotless. Fabulous aircon. Huge, comfy bed. The breakfast that we collected from reception and took back to the villa was varied and delicious. Easy walk to the beach, a choice of restaurants and a nice bar for casual drinks too. A car is a must if you want to easily get about and see the island. We loved seeing the turtle in the port nearby but was sad to hear that excursion boats chase them and do so much harm. We hired our own little boat instead and made sure we didn’t cause the turtles any stress! Thank you to the team for a fabulous stay. We will return!

    This is our happy place.This is our 9th visit and we will be back. It is still as special and wonderful as when we 1st came. Villas are lovely, clean, comfy and the pool is awesome. The owners are super helpful and all the staff are wonderful too. A perfect location to chill and unwind. Close to fabulous places to eat too. All just perfect..roll on next year.

    My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing two week stay in Villa 5 at Kookis Village. The accommodation was kept absolutely spotless by the lovely housekeeping team and we enjoyed using the private pool and being able to cool down in the air conditioned bedrooms with very comfy beds. Kookis Village is a 5 minute stroll to the seafront with lots of lovely Taverna’s to choose from. There are also late opening local supermarkets within easy walking distance. When my husband realised he had left a few items behind by mistake Antonis was really helpful in getting these sent to friends staying in a neighbouring town.
