    I never leave reviews but i feel so strongly about the way this hotel operates that i have to.I’ll start with the positives, the pool is beautiful, the food at the bar is really nice too and the waiters who bring you drinks/food around the pool really work hard and are very friendly and that is the last of the good things unfortunately.I actually stayed at this hotel 4yrs ago and the studio accommodation was that bad, air con was faulty (so hot) and the studio was tiny so we complained and was told that is just how it is and offered us an upgrade to the deluxe apartments across the road for 500 euros which we were not happy about but as we were on holiday we took as the 1 night we did spend was awful, this duplex apartment was beautiful.I returned to the same area this year in May at another studio and while there i met 4 couples from Letsos who informed me that they had had exactly the same experience as i had had 4yrs previously and had been offered the same upgrades. One couple paid 300 euros, another 250, another 350 and the last young couple only 20yrs old were charged 450 euros all for the same upgrades of 1 week. So we came to the conclusion that Letsos are aware of the poor condition of their studio apartments but are doing nothing to rectify the conditions as their whole purpose is to get everyone to upgrade and depending on who you are the rate will vary. This is obviously a SCAM and the fact that this has been going on for so many years it is disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.PLEASE do not allow them to treat people this way and avoid this hotel like the plague, there are many nice studio’s/apartments nearby at half the cost.

    The “LETS NOT HOTEL” where happiness goes to die

    We now call it “the let’s not” the manager is so unprofessional. He was having a go at a couple and locked them out of the room they were staying in arguing outside the reception and even called the police on them shouting “who do you think they are going to believe you or me!” They had made a hole in the wall and he wanted the male and his partner to pay £3000 pounds, locked them out of the room they was staying in and wouldn’t let them get the phone wallet nothing because he said “how do I know you won’t pack up and run off without paying” like grow up! He was arrogant and childish. All they care about is money making! Made the reactions cry because she tried to do the right thing by moving a disabled lady to an accessible room!! Do not waste your money! A lot of better places near by.

    Holiday from hell . Stayed at the Letsos hotel for a week . From start to finish the whole experience was awful . Dirty pool smell of sewage in the rooms the lift reception and around the pool . Even when we went out for meals the restaurant staff said Letsos hotel is the worst place to stay .

    Read the dreadful reviews after I’d booked the hotel for myself and 7 friends. I was so worried but pleasantly surprised when we got there. It was a cheap deal and we got what we paid for! Basic room but clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Walking distance to beach and fabulous bars and restaurants. If you want to five star pay for it. This hotel was value for money and we all had a fabulous trip!

    paid 200 extra for a delux room, we had to share the pool with other people and kids, even though we asked for a room with private pool which we was promised to have. there was no AC and the fridge in our room didn’t work properly everything we had bought went off. our room wasn’t cleaned properly if they had seen me and my friend had tidied it ourselves they would just leave the towels on the side and call it a day they wouldn’t change our bed sheets. there’s no phone in the bedroom to call reception we had a incident where a man who stayed in the apartments next door to us was drunk and banging and kicking our doors we were 2 young females alone and we walked over the street to the main building and the MALE member of staff at night said “there’s nothing he can do” and got sent to our room from 12am-4am there was arguing and fighting on top of that the whole electric went off lights went flickering after a minute power cut and then it would turn back on it was like i was in a horror movie. we had no electricity or wifi for about 4 hours straight the wardrobe was broken and the shower door didn’t lock.
