  The loud pool music is appalling. The sa-called soundproof rooms are not. I wanted a relaxing break but the noise prevents it

  If 4 is very good and 3 is average , i`d reckon this place should be a 3.5 for good , but average is too low ,so weve settled on 4 !Stayed here with my 19 year old daughter for an enjoyable 5 nights . Its a very quiet spot , only a few restaurants and bars about .We ended up eating at Noka most nights , very nice food and friendly staff . Handy little supermarket across the road from the hotel too .Hotel review ..Good points ,The staff , everyone was lovely ,especially the reception team of Machi and Sissi , the bar staff were always friendly and cheerful , everyone here was great !No problems getting a sunbed , no one even reserved them or hogged them if they weren`t going to be around for a while ,it was refreshing .Rooms turned over every day with clean towels if you wanted . If you have a late departure , there are shower rooms so you can use the facilities and still be fresh for the airport .Pool areas ,and the whole hotel ,were nice and clean .Not so good points ....Breakfast ,especially if you like cooked breakfast ,was very poor Music ( a local pop music radio station ) was often far too loud by the pool, (in my opinion ). It was turned down on request ,but would end up getting turned up again . A bit of chill out music softly would be better .All in all we had an enjoyable stay , and the staff make this hotel !

  Well had a week in this hotel, reception staff were brilliant and very welcoming especially my little sissi , spoke great English nothing was to much trouble for them. The two bar men were brilliant and the little lady in the restaurant . Pool was lovely and clean so was the area around the pool. We was in room 204 which is right opposite the pool great location. Rooms are basic bathrooms really need updating the are very tired and shower poor quality. Drinks were ok with booked all-inclusive honestly it wasn't worth it food is very poor and they are catering more for the Russians never been to hotel that have carrots for breakfast. Restaurant was very clean but food definitely not worth it. Bread and rolls not fresh guarantee what ever you had for the last meal you get for lunch then following day just done in a different sauce.   Very relaxing week

  Spent a very relaxing week here. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Lots of choice Easy walk into Tragaki where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Handy supermarket just over the road. The hotel and room are spotlessly clean. The staff work very hard to ensure you have a lovely stay. Special shoutout to Machi who ensured I had all the local info and a cheery Kalimera every morning!   We arrived on 05/09 to a scorching Zante and a very warm welcome from Machi who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On a few occasions while we were on our balcony, George very kindly supplied a few small plates of cheese, olives and fruit which was a very kind gesture and much appreciated. The rooms were adequate for our requirements and cleaned every day with no issues. Our air conditioning worked fine and cooled us down after a hot day out especially if we had been relaxing by the pool. As we were bed and breakfast, we went along to the bars and restaurants where everyone was friendly and the food was good, particularly at Noka where we ate a few times. Tragaki itself was fairly quiet but Tsilivi and Zante Town aren’t too far away and easily accessible by bus. All in all, a great holiday and I, for one, am planning to return.
