  Horrible! STAY AWAY!

  Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.Both the accommodation conditions and, in particular, the attitude of the hotel staff fell far below the standards expected of a four-star hotel and the level of service we paid for.Upon arrival, the room assigned to us was in an unacceptable condition. There was a significant amount of dust, dirty walls, damaged doors, peeling paint, and an overall outdated and poorly maintained appearance. In the bathroom, we found hair on the tiles and shower gel residue on the walls.The air conditioning was also not working because the remote control was faulty, so we had to go to reception to request a replacement.The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. When we asked for salt, we were directed to a dirty bowl from which guests were expected to serve themselves. When we requested olive oil, it was served in a plastic cup. Coffee was also occasionally served in plastic cups when ceramic mugs were unavailable.For a four-star hotel offering an all inclusive package, these practices are unacceptable and do not reflect the standard of service guests should reasonably expect.Furthermore, when we requested two sandwiches, we were told that only one sandwich per person was allowed.The staff member even responded, *“What would happen if everyone asked for two?”* This attitude, combined with the repeated restrictions placed on food and other services, was inconsistent with the all-inclusive concepts. One of the most unpleasant incidents occurred when we reported the issues with our room to reception. We were offered a room change, which we accepted. However, when we needed a few minutes to organise ourselves and move our belongings, a receptionist named Denise began speaking to me in an extremely rude manner and raised her voice.She told me that if I did not like the new room, I could either stay in the old one or get out of the hotel. She even pointed towards the exit and accused me of being impolite, stating that she had other guests to attend to.I consider this behaviour completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.We were paying guests who had raised legitimate concerns regarding cleanliness and room conditions. We should have been treated with courtesy and respect, not hostility or intimidation.No guest should be made to feel unwelcome or threatened with being asked to leave simply for reporting problems with the services provided.We also requested fresh towels but were informed that towels were changed only once every two days and that additional towels could not be provided. This further reinforced our impression that even basic services were subject to unnecessary restrictions.Another incident occurred morning during breakfast. I requested a tomato to eat alongside my eggs, only to be told that *“breakfast was over,”* even though it was not yet 10:00 am.I was directed to reception, where I was told that we were arriving too late for breakfast. I explained that the official breakfast service had not yet ended and that I was not requesting anything special, merely a vegetable to accompany my meal. Eventually, I was given the tomato, but only after having to insist repeatedly over such a simple request.This incident is another example of the unnecessarily difficult attitude.Taken together, these incidents reflect a recurring pattern rather than isolated misunderstandings. We experienced inadequate cleanliness and maintenance, disappointing food and beverage service, unnecessary restrictions on basic amenities, and, most concerningly, disrespectful treatment from hotel staff.The only reason we remained at the hotel was that we were not offered a refund, leaving us with no practical alternative. Under different circumstances, we would have chosen to move immediately to another hotel where we could receive the standard of accommodation and service we had paid for.

  WMajestic Spa 2026!!!!!!!

  I stayed at the Majestic Spa Hotel in August 2026. Pool/Lounger Chairs Area was pleasant.There is "NOTHING" Majestic about this Hotel!!!!!!!!!!The receptionist Chris & the attendant who cleaned my room were both Courteous & Professional. Some of the The Food & Beverage Hospitality staff were rude & very unprofessional in their manner, the 'worst' I've experienced in a overseas Hotel!!!!! Black "jogging bottoms" for Hotel Hospitality Food & Beverage Services employees?????? What kind of 'Hospitality Food & Beverage Service Uniform is this?????,The food was appalling, disgusting & lacked variety/choice. Many other guests all said the same thing. They too had to Eat Out several evenings!!!!!!!!Some of the evenings (I entered the Restaurant Area at 1 minute past 9pm) a Hospitality staff member shouted "Go we are closed close at 9pm!!!!!!!") I said to him explaining to him "I'm a paying customer please can you get me some dinner from the kitchen?" He ignored me & turned off the lights in the Restaurant Area.I had to eat out at Restaurant, this happened a few times!!!!!!!(See attached Receipts from Eat- Out places I went to)There was no Evening Entertainment, No Animation Team for the children, No Gymnasium!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO TO MAJESTIC SPA HOTEL!!!!!!Holiday Tour Operators 'WHY' do you have Majestic Spa Hotel in your Portfolios'??????You should send your Agents/Representatives to stay there!!!!!!

  Clean rooms and friendly staff

  The room was not luxury, but it was exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, good air conditioning, and enough space for two people. Towels were changed regularly and housekeeping did a solid job. The staff were friendly without being pushy, especially at reception and the bar. A smooth stay overall.

  Firstly Majestic in name only the only positive - staff non managerial were efficient and polite.Room large but dated no facilities available eg kettle/water/tea/coffee no local or usable hotel information provided... great warnings though if you do something wrong or break an item although what you could break is minimal... bathroom door couldn't be locked.Food although not inedible was lukewarm at point of service, lacked imagination and was generally of poor quality... desserts if that's your thing we're appalling. Plastic cups, cutlery unclean, condiments not available on tables...all in all a pretty shoddy experience Drinks - cheap vodka, whisky and ouzo only spirits available, wine two choices both undrinkable, water of low quality.. as for cocktails looked like they had been mixed in May. Plastic cups again no ashtrays for smokersFacilities - spa and wellness closed throughout stayCheck out - hotel closing unable to store baggage prior to transfer to airport. 7 hours of lugging baggage around Laganas ... qualityOh the pool was OKWould like to see this hotel removed by loveholidays or for them to at least inspect the place. Definitely not 4 star scraping a 1 at best would advise those of you who want a quality holiday to avoid this place.

  Without a doubt, this was the worst all-inclusive service I have ever experienced. The room was fine - reasonably clean and even feeling fresh - though the bathroom left a lot to be desired; on top of that, there were unexpected "living" surprises waiting inside - sometimes on the floor, sometimes in the sink, and other times in the shower. And that’s where the positives end. The food was cold and of poor quality. You’re in Greece, yet you have no chance to try local cuisine; instead, it’s fish and chips every day, all day long. And the bar? A disaster: vodka, whiskey, ouzo, and beer, plus pre-mixed drinks in containers that seemed to have been sitting there since the start of the season, waiting for someone brave enough to order them. There was also wine that was undrinkable. The water at the bar had a nasty aftertaste; the sparkling water served by the bartender tasted the same- just with bubbles - and the hot water for tea ruined the experience of drinking it. And those terrible plastic cups - you even had to use them for your after-breakfast coffee or tea. The poolside sun loungers had broken backrests. There was no bottled water in the rooms. The snacks served between main meals were absolutely inedible. You’re better off skipping the all-inclusive option entirely, since you end up having to buy everything else in town anyway.
