Location

The hotel is situated in the Kalamaki area, a beautiful area of Zakynthos. The distance to the beach is just 400 m where guests will find crystal clear waters perfect for swimming in. The hotel is just 4-5 km away from the airport and the main harbour of Zakynthos.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 46 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Additional facilities include a library. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a page service. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a photocopier.

Rooms

Air conditioning (no extra charge) and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is a standard feature of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas (for a fee). A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles (for a fee), and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. Leisure activities available for a fee at the hotel include horse riding, a gym, a spa, a sauna, beauty salon and massage treatments. In addition, horse riding is offered by third-party operators.

Meals

Catering is provided by an air-conditioned, non-smoking buffet restaurant. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    We had a fabulous stay in Meandros Hotel which was beautifully located. Everywhere was clean and spotless. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a super experience. John, Michelle, Rhina,Adrian, Rahino, Chris ...all so friendly and efficient. And Anka in the pool bar made each day a ray of sunshine. !!! Housekeeping was thorough , efficient and discreet...thank you allThe food was excellent, varied and plentiful. Perhaps the hot dishes could be hotter, maybe hot plates would help? We loved the themed food !!For a 5* hotel, we felt that complimentary water and coffee in bedroom should be a must. The pool bar area was crying out for a bit of early night time music....a piano, guitar, soft background music. Guests would be happy to gather there for a drink and a chat. Thanks to everyone for a really brilliant holiday. It was first time in Zakynthos, we loved it.

    Just arrived home after a fabulous 11 nights at Meandros Spa Boutique . It’s our second visit and we came early for lower temperatures and it’s been just right. As last time there is a plenty of space and beds around pool and excellent bar menu and service - if the amazing breakfast hasn’t filled you up ! Don’t miss the omelette man - they are the best but plenty of variations offered each day for breakfast and dinner - eat in or on the lovely terrace Very attentive service during breakfast and dinner by John & Michelle who were there most times we ate and always nothing too much trouble and they all work very hard Outside and inside is kept spotlessly clean and I’d like to particularly mention and thank Ritzen for the exemplary daily room service. We are tidy people but she cleaned and made everything perfect daily and often left us little notes when bedding changed etc. hotel reception service there all the time and happy to answer questions and queries. Our room was overlooking pool with stunning sea and Mountain View too It’s a beautiful and very welcoming place for a break

    I would love to gatekeep this hotel but I would be doing everyone who works there an injustice if I did. It’s our 2nd visit - first in 2024. I stayed with my daughter - we had a grand suite - 2 rooms, one is a sofa bed. Not a problem for us.The hotel owner/ manager was fantastic- couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel staff are absolutely first class in the bar and restaurant ( try to hold on to Anka - She is an asset). Room was spotless and kept that way - there was no drop in service from start to finish. Food was beautiful, of course I realise this is subjective, but we enjoyed what we had. Plenty of choice.A beautiful peaceful hotel. We will definitely stay again.
