    I want to start this review by appauding the staff, great people starting with hotel manager Petros who was more than welcoming and hospitable with us. We were two couples and we had rooms togheter, each room had a terrace. The cleaning staff came everyday and changed the sheets and towels and also cleaned the terrace. The obly bad this that I can mention is the bathroom that was kinda small and the water kept splashing from the shower cabin as it didn't had any curtain or door.Overall we felt great, the pool was clean and the water just fine. Breakfast was mild, as you can expect from any hotel of this kind.Thank you to the staff!!

    safe not working hairdryer not workingstaff seem like you’re inconveniencing themnot allowed by pool after 7:30no wifi in rooms can’t get wifi after 7:30 as it is only by pool and ur not allowed by poolgiven balcony on first floor by busy road which was not very private or relaxingdespite being on strip was full of older couples who complained about us playing cards on the balcony or family’s with young children

    We stayed in this hotel with family. The location is great. The pool and breakfast was also good. Staff was nice and welcoming. There were few minor things, that we were not happy about. There were lots of party-people and trying to sleep at night was not pleasant (since they were being really loud). The lock in our room was not working and they were not able to fix it during the whole week. Also there was an incident during the night and I couldn’t find staff, while I went looking for them. The hotel needs renovations, new towels/sheets etc.

    A Pleasant Stay with a Few Minor Quirks

    We recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel that left us with an overall positive impression. The management and staff were exceptionally friendly, and its prime location, just a few meters from the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops, added to its appeal. While the breakfast wasn't the most varied, it was undeniably delicious and made with fresh ingredients.However, there were some minor maintenance issues, such as the balkony door and the shower cabin door not functioning properly, which cost the place a star in our assessment. Additionally, the absence of mosquito nets was a drawback, as there was a notable mosquito presence.A significant plus point was the hotel's flexibility regarding our check-out time. Even though the original check-out time was at 11 AM, they allowed us to stay in our room until our airport transfer arrived at 2 PM.In summary, we would recommend this hotel, as it offers good value for the price paid. It may not be luxurious, but it provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

    Hotel Natalie was a beautiful place to stay and all staff were very friendly Alma in the pool bar and cook at breakfast was brilliant she would recommend where to eat on an evening and sit and have a chat with everyone round the pool when she was finished work. The 2 gentleman on front desk 1 was Co-owner couldn’t do enough he carried our cases to and from our room and would sit and chat as we were going out on an evening it was so close to beach and bars along the beach front were brilliant to The Super Paridiso Bar was a lovely friendly bar/restaurant overall I would certainly go back to Laganas
