  THE MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE!Usually i don’t live a review but this hotel totally worth it, If i could i’ll choose less than 1 star…Leaving this hotel was the best part of our vacation. It was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and stressful stay we have ever experienced.The most shocking incident occurred when management allowed two people in regular clothes claiming to be police officers (who didn’t show any ID or search warrant) to enter our room while the "Do Not Disturb" sign was clearly displayed. They walked on our room without any explanation or legal reason, they didn’t have warrant and we were not involved in any crime and didn’t have any problems, so we still don’t know the legal reason why they did commit this crime (violation of inviolalibility of the home) and rush in our room while my wife was dressed only in underwear leaving her extremely stressed and started crying, we feel like this is not normal and we didn’t have a word about that. This total violation of basic privacy and security has already been reported to the Tourism Police and relevant authorities for further investigations.The staff's attitude is hard to belive, its something very bad. The cook, "Alma," acts with extreme arrogance—slamming items onto tables, sending us to our room like we are stupids childrens, making deliberate loud noises near guests only to disturb them, handling food without basic hygiene gear (no gloves or hairnets), and speaking to paying guests in a rude, condescending manner. The breakfast is awfull, featuring spoiled ham and raw eggs. Furthermore, management refused to address any issues and threatened us with lawsuits and eviction simply for expressing our dissatisfaction and being wrongly blamed for noise.The rooms look nothing like the photos online, (google, booking) which appear heavily edited with AI. The closets smell powerfully of mold, and the bathroom drains emit a horrible smell in whole room, like “s**t” Air conditioning costs an additional €10 per day, and without it, opening the doors results in swarms of mosquitoes due to the lack of fly screens. To make matters worse, there were unexplained bloodstains on the balcony that management refused to clean or address via a room change. The pool water is so heavily over-chlorinated that it causes severe eye and nose irritation.I strongly advise everyone to avoid this establishment. Save your money and your vacation by booking elsewhere but even like this you decide to come here, come with a powerfull mindset and get ready to this similar experience. Goodluck with that!

  Very disappointing experience at Natalie Hotel in Zakynthos. From the first day, we encountered serious issues with cleanliness and accommodation: a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, suspicious blood-like stains on the balcony, inadequate bed linen, and wardrobes with a strong smell of mold and dust. We requested to change rooms, but no solution was provided.At breakfast, we noticed ham with an unpleasant smell, undercooked/raw eggs, and refrigerators with large amounts of ice and areas of rust. We also observed Alma, the staff member preparing breakfast together with two elderly people, behaving extremely rudely and disrespectfully towards us. She repeatedly spoke to us in an aggressive manner, raised her voice, and constantly made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The manager’s attitude towards us was also rude, arrogant and disrespectful.We were told to leave the common areas after certain hours even when we were sitting quietly. Later, we were accused of making noise around 4:00 a.m., which we strongly deny, and we have evidence and witnesses supporting our version.After posting our review, we were asked to delete it and were threatened with legal action if we posted reviews that the hotel considered “incorrect,” even though the review reflects our actual experience.A particularly unpleasant incident occurred on August 25 at around 3:20 p.m., when hotel staff entered our room accompanied by two police officers, despite the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign being displayed. We felt intimidated and our sense of privacy and safety was seriously affected.We are a group of 12 people, and this has been a very disappointing experience. We have photos, videos, messages and witnesses supporting some of the issues described above, and we intend to report the situation to the relevant authorities for investigation.We do not recommend this hotel and believe the issues described should be officially investigated.

  Great staff!

  I want to start this review by appauding the staff, great people starting with hotel manager Petros who was more than welcoming and hospitable with us. We were two couples and we had rooms togheter, each room had a terrace. The cleaning staff came everyday and changed the sheets and towels and also cleaned the terrace. The obly bad this that I can mention is the bathroom that was kinda small and the water kept splashing from the shower cabin as it didn't had any curtain or door.Overall we felt great, the pool was clean and the water just fine. Breakfast was mild, as you can expect from any hotel of this kind.Thank you to the staff!!

  safe not working hairdryer not workingstaff seem like you’re inconveniencing themnot allowed by pool after 7:30no wifi in rooms can’t get wifi after 7:30 as it is only by pool and ur not allowed by poolgiven balcony on first floor by busy road which was not very private or relaxingdespite being on strip was full of older couples who complained about us playing cards on the balcony or family’s with young children

  We stayed in this hotel with family. The location is great. The pool and breakfast was also good. Staff was nice and welcoming. There were few minor things, that we were not happy about. There were lots of party-people and trying to sleep at night was not pleasant (since they were being really loud). The lock in our room was not working and they were not able to fix it during the whole week. Also there was an incident during the night and I couldn’t find staff, while I went looking for them. The hotel needs renovations, new towels/sheets etc.
