Location

Set in its own gardens, this family-friendly hotel is situated 450 m from the sand and pebble beach of Porto Roma and 800 m from Gerakas Beach.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be securely stored in the safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms include a double bed. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. On the sun terrace, guests can make themselves comfortable on sun loungers set out beneath parasols. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

What a fabulous hotel.My 1st time staying & can’t wait to return.Staff are so friendly & always have time for a chat, will go out of their way to help you.Set in the square with beautiful views, the beach across the road. Supermarket next door. The Main Street round the corner full of restaurants, bars, shops. Perfect. So much to choose from. Rooms were spotless & much better than I expected. Daily cleaning. It is bed & breakfast, quite basic but was suffice & enjoyed my breakfast sat on the front in the sunshine with lovely views. No swimming pool but with the sea on your doorstep & can you use other hotels pools if prefer.The prices do seem to have gone up but doesn’t stop customers returning to this charming hotel & I can see why.Thank you to all the amazing girls who made me very welcome & not forgetting the cats!

We have travelled to many Greek islands and have stayed in a variety of hotel types. From the second we arrived, we loved it. We were met at the front door by Georgia and welcomed, such a warm welcome. Georgia then took us to our room and showed us how to operate the electronic shutters and doors. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the hotel and room was. Such a spotless hotel. The room was modern and well decorated. Modern bathroom and furniture. Almost looked new. Bed and bedding very comfortable. Air conditioning very good. We didn’t mind paying €9 per day as this has been standard at self catering hotels in Greece for the past 20 odd years. Maria at breakfast was a real gem. So efficient and polite. Breakfast was simple but lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the Greek yoghurt with honey. Olga was the best host for afternoon and evening drinks. She showed a real interest in her customers and spoke to us about lots of different subjects. We got a big hug when leaving. Chrysamthe lovely too. The cleaner does an amazing job and is always so welcoming. If returning to Kefalonia, we won’t look anywhere else. A perfect hotel, with perfect staff, in an ideal location. Thank you to you all. Very lovely people. Led to us having a fantastic holiday.

First time staying at this hotel but what a findGeorgia, Maria, Olga & Crysamthe are fabulous hosts & will do everything they can to make sure ur stay is a good oneRooms are large & spacious, beds comfyAll rooms cleaned & changed regularlyIt’s so good we’ve booked to come back next year

Best hotel in Skala.

We stayed at the hotel for a second time following our visit in 2023. We have never gone back to the same hotel before but made an exception here. Georgia and the team are the best. We had a great room and as always the end of evening cocktails were superb. There was an Abba Tribute in the square one night and whilst I was dancing away, my wife was sat outside the hotel drinking cocktails and watching the event. If you want a relaxed, friendly hotel with everything on your doorstep then look no further. We will be back that is guaranteed. Finally just wanted to give a big thank you to the cleaner. She spoke little English but she did a great job, I do not know here name but thank you.
