  Terrible experience – avoid this hotelI would strongly advise against staying here. Our experience here was extremely disappointing for several reasons:The hotel moved other people into our room without any prior warning or permission. This was completely unacceptable and felt like a major breach of privacy.The room itself was far too small – only one person could pass by the beds at a time, and the beds were hard and very uncomfortable.There were minimal basic amenities. The hairdryer barely worked, and there was no toaster, no sharp knife, all of which we were told would be provided. The shower had no curtain or door which meant the whole bathroom was soaked after everyone had showered, and hot water was unreliable at best.Air conditioning came at an extra charge of €60 per week and was shockingly bad. To make things worse, the remote and battery was taken while we were sleeping, and we were told we’d need to pay again to use it.Whenever we or other guests raised concerns, the staff were dismissive and even threatened to evict instead of resolving the issues. The receptionist in particular was condescending and unhelpful.The location isn’t ideal – it’s about a 15-minute walk to the top of the strip and 25 minutes to the main bars and clubs. Walking back at night felt very unsafe (though that’s not the hotel’s fault, just something to note).Only good thing about this place is the bar staff as they are lovely and make great drinks, also ordered us taxis whenever needed and gave advice on where else to visit on the islandOverall, this hotel is poorly run. There are plenty of other options in the area – I would recommend staying anywhere else to avoid the stress and poor treatment we experienced here.

  Just returned from a fantastic stay at the paradise apartments on arrival we were greeted by a lovely friendly lady on reception who took us to our room we decided to upgrade to a suit for a small cost well worth it as our suit was lovely comfortable bed lots of sockets and very clean with a nice terrace All the staff from reception bar staff and room attendant were fantastic nothing was a trouble to them always happy to help our shower broke and the man was straight there to fix it The pool area is lovely clean and very private as most we past on that road the pools are on a busy road side there are lots of loungers and parasol don’t take notice of the negative reviews simply are not true Thank you to you all for looking after us and an enjoyable holiday

  Absolutely appalling

  If I could give this hotel 0 starts I would. I have never stayed in such an appalling hotel in my life. Upon arrival we were put in our room where we were supposed to stay for the 4 weeks. Randomly 2.5 weeks in qe we’re woken up by hotel staff giving us 10 minutes to get out the room. We were separated out of our group of 8 from a suite which we paid for into two appealing rooms of 4 with bunk beds, tiny fridges, dirty bed sheets and towels. Two days later we were kicked out of our rooms again with 10 minutes noticed & moved for a third time. In our last 4 days the hotel attempted to move us multiple more times. When we refused to move again to they threatened to kick us out. MULTIPLE other guests experienced the same issue & were screamed and shouted at by staff if they refused to move out of the rooms they had paid for. The hotel overbooked rooms so much people were also moved into awful cheap accommodation down the road with no refund. We left the hotel in immaculate condition yet they kept half of our deposit for ‘dirty towels’. The maids also did not visit our rooms for almost 3 weeks straight. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy

  Disgusting hotel, vile and grim

  i came here for 1 month with a workers company, can’t fault the reps but the hotel reception people were so so rude they looked down on everyone moved people rooms about 5 times in the whole month of staying there the rooms were vile i have no words i walked in the absolute dump i got put into 3 different rooms and every single one of them we’re disgusting some of the beds had bed bugs nothing was clean, you had to buy your own toilet paper, we didn’t get clean bed sheets from the maids for 3 and half weeks and only got them when i went down and asked for them, i had to go and ask for my own bin liners to change the bins, they didn’t clean the room at all just walked in had a look around and then left, the rules they had were ridiculous, the man especially in reception was the most rudest man ever he was not nice at all all, all they care about is taking your money they have no customer service skills (the little women was kinda nice) i think this whole experience with the apartments was an absolute joke i don’t know how any one can treat a human being like that and expect them to live like animals it’s horrendous

  The rooms are simple and have everything you need. The bathroom was fine and there is plenty of balcony space. Staff are lovely and food and drink is well priced. The pool is lovely and the cleaners come in and clean everyday. 15 min to ZA strip.
