  If you’re wanting a laid back party hotel near the strip this is perfect. The rooms are decent with good sized balconies and a modern bathroom, nothing lavish but it’s a cheap hotel so you get what you pay for. The pool wasn’t as dirty as people say and the staff are all friendly and there’s always someone at the front desk 24hrs which is helpful. There’s a little shop at reception with water, alcohol snacks etc which is pricey but there’s a spar shop at the end of the road. If you want 8hrs sleep a night this isn’t the hotel for you as there’s music playing until early hours of the morning which we didn’t care as we were out anyway. When you check in you do get an awkward conversation with the reps that want you to buy the drinks wristbands, we bought the standard ones which are unlimited drinks 3hrs a day and you can choose what times. It’s worth it if you’re at the hotel through the day a lot but the drinks aren’t strong so you have to drink a lot to get drunk. Only negative is that we paid for air con and it was crap, barely any power which isn’t ideal in 32° heat. The location was perfect for us as the hotel is at the top of the strip, far from a 5 star but from reading the bad reviews I’m not sure what people are expecting.

  Worst hotel iv stayed with in my whole life. No exaggeration or reason to lie. Arrived at check in for 2 rooms, immediately told sorry your having one room not the 2 that you paid for. We refused to do this and then magically was given the second room which we were told was not available till the next day. Also you’ll have to pay 40 euro Per person for tourist tax and air con. Then as the other reviews say we were brought into a room by 2 reps, they didn’t force us to buy the wristbands but if you won’t speak up and say no you will leave the room 250 euro down for a wristband you’ll barely use. They make it out like it’s a great deal but you won’t even want to go to the pool during the day as it’s disgusting and small. Then the worst part, the rooms. The bathroom is like a prison cell. They clearly don’t even clean the bathrooms, the shower was covered in limescale and was just filthy. The drains absolutely stink, like rotten eggs it’s unbearable. The bed was covered in black mold. The aircon was leaking water and the windows and doors wouldn’t shut. The cleaners came to our room once in a full week. We ran out of towels and asked reception for a few towels as ours were dirty, we were told there are no towels till the following day but the next day I asked the cleaner directly and she opened a cupboard full of towels so this was a lie. If you need toilet roll you’ll have to go to reception and ask too because nobody will come to the room with it. The communal areas like outside your room door and the stairs are always wet there are leaks everywhere which aren’t cleaned up. The staff couldn’t be more unhelpful and are just ignorant, they couldn’t care less about you. We had low standards as we didn’t care too much about the hotel but genuinely I wouldn’t stay here if you paid me. If your even thinking about booking this hotel don’t, you’ll regret it, read the other reviews.

  Won’t not book this hotel after horrible experience.

  Horrible experience, waited 3 n a half hours for an our rooms. We had a room of 2 and room of 3 and got offered a room of 5. We only accepted because we waited so long. Woman at the desk was disrespectful because was asked for different rooms. Rooms were awful, poo stains on toilet. Mattress rapped in plastic, uncomfortable paper like covers. Was pressured to buy wristbands for free drinks at the hotel bar (170€) would not buy. Was told cleaner comes everyday, only came after day 4 and just changed the bins and towels.

  We were moved after loveholidays overbooked our OG hotel and out of DESPERATION moved us here. When we got there music was blaring and couldn’t hear the host over it- when we got to the room we realised why. Room was absolutely dire and bodily fluids had stained every aspect of the already filthy room with dead insects everywhere. Toilet was vile and razors were everywhere. What was concerning this was one of the better rooms! We refused to stay here and moved immediately. Absolute rip off for aircon €100 ADDITIONALLY! Absolutely awful DO NOT STAY HERE

  Terrible is to kind a word for this place .. if you or your teenagers are booked in here then cancel ., rooms are filthy , pool is disgusting , staff are rude & money orientated .. you are forced into buying a €170 drinks package you don’t want before they even check you in ., if they can they’ll push you to take one at €250 .. arrived to find used condom in bathroom sink , dirty dishes under bed & hair on the floor behind the bathroom door . Also had the pleasure of a sink full of worms one morning . Had to pay extra for air con & the tv .. to which you then had to pay again to get the control for it - that didn’t work .. when air con wouldn’t go off we were told to find the fuse box & turn it off there . Woke to a member of reception staff standing in our room one morning.. Everything about this hotel is wrong on so many levels & it WILL ruin your holiday .
