  That was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please don’t be fooled by the pictures displayed on here.Upon my arrival, the blonde lady manager tried very rudely to charge me €15 per night to get air conditioner in my room, accepting only cash payment (for black money in their pockets) that not even loveholidays app team was aware of.Also, very dirty room and hotel public areas. Card key facility damaged, one of the bed was lacked of pillowcase, toilet furniture was broken and quiet time was not even one day enforced by the hotel causing noisy and disrespectful guests. DO NOT BOOK THIS “HOTEL”.It’s not even a 1-star hotel.It’s a filthy, ghetto place!!!

  The reps dragged us into buying a package all inclusive deal when we got there which then changed over the course of the holiday because we were out drinking the bar. The AC in the room cost an extra €40 per person and it made everyone ill with sore throat and blocked nose. The bar man was moody towards the end because he didn’t like how many drinks we were ordering. There was also a small fat child who was at the bar serving us drinks. Avoid him. Food was mid. Rooms absolutely stank the whole time we were there, sink was Moldey and shower was flooded very easily.Pool was good but slide was never on.

  I’ll be honest the reps hounded us from the get go, they forced us into paying 250 for a drinks package. The aircon made us ill. The rooms stank like poo. the reps would not leave us alone trying to sell us silly wrist bands. They would not give us breakfast when we left. Overall extremely poor hotel

  ok hotel. good for a girls holiday where it’s used as a base. i would NOT recommend for families due to its location and noise, as lots of young people (including me and my friends) were making loud noise until early hours in the morning. throughout our weeks stay we did not see any families as it was mainly 18-25 year olds. we had 3 triple rooms which were too small. it was hard to walk in our room as the wardrobe was placed too close to the bed, meaning we had to climb over multiple times. the air con was rubbish, we visited during the heat wave so were desperate for some cooling off. considering we paid 70€ for this, we weren’t happy. the bathroom light also didn’t work, meaning we were having showers/ going to the toilet in the dark. this was dangerous as the floors were often slippery as the shower did not work well. in my friends room next door, the shower was actually detached from a broken stand-meaning they had to hold it while showering. the bathroom was also dirty with black marks all over the floor. our rooms did not get cleaned either, the cleaner instead banged on our door and just gave us toilet roll. this probably explains the low level of cleanliness within the whole hotel. on a positive note however, the location of the hotel was great. it was about a 10 min walk from the most popular clubs and bars, and was next to the only petrol station on the strip. this made it easy to locate (especially after a few drinks!). on arrival, the staff were very friendly and offered us bottomless drinks for a reasonable price. we were also allowed to bring back other friends/ people we met out. overall, would i visit again? probably not. but its not the worst hotel i have stayed in. it was a definition of a girls holiday hotel as many things went wrong.

  We came on a girls holiday in a group of 9 and had 3 rooms of 3.We all had a really good experience, the rooms were spacious and even had a spare bed in each oneThe hotel also offered us 2 rooms next to each other with the 3rd one just being opposite, the balcony also was spacious with 9 of us on one for drinking before going outThis hotel is a perfect party hotel, there is no security on door either so can bring back people if you wanted to, and can have your speakers on etc The maids also gave fresh towels and plenty of toilet roll!Location is perfect a max 10 min walk down to the main clubs and lots of other hotels around so you feel very safe walking to and from the hotel, especially being a group of girls.Family who ran hotel also very friendly and welcoming:)If your coming to Zante for a party holiday would 100% recommend, don’t expect luxury but for what you pay for it’s definitely value for money and very much worth for young groups of lads/ girls
