LocationPerfect location if you want peace. Nothing within walking distance, apart from a small supermarket via a rather steep, sloping road.The beach is NOT a short distance away unless you want to walk a treacherous path of a steep slope with uneven steps down the side of a mountain!Apparently (we never went). But the beach the bus from the hotel takes you to is not impressive; it is stony and has only one restaurant and a bar. No shops.AtmosphereRelaxed, quiet and peaceful. Most people chill by the pool, reading a book or scrolling on their phones/Kindles.RoomsSpacious and clean.We had an apartment with a maisonette room. However, the cleaners never ventured upstairs, so that bed was never changed and a broken fan was not fixed until our last night. The light switches for the ceiling lights did not work at one end of the room so we returned home with many bruises on our legs from bashing into the furniture in the dark!! P.S. They charge 10 euros per night for the air conditioning.CleanlinessIt was the end of season, and we watched the cleaners flick a mop around but nothing else. No emptying of bins and no removing/replacing of towels. Disappointed to see that the towels were all worn, discoloured, and ragged! Noise levelVERY thin walls. Neighbours snoring and bathroom activities are very loud!But the views from the balconies are amazing!!The cockrels clearly don't know the time of day and cockoodledoo continuously, and the barking dogs are intense!ServiceAll Ukrainian staff are fabulous! Julia & Oksana are a credit to the establishment and should be paid exceptional rates by Maria, the owner. They are outstanding staff!!AmenitiesPool is cold but refreshing.Bar staff are smiley and happy chappies.Half-price happy hour is between 3.30 to 5pm. Wine & beer or cider = 3 eurosUnfortunately, as we arrived at the end of the season (September 14th), many drinks and food items had not been restocked or reordered so just be aware of that.The food is amazing!We were half board - breakfast was cereal, bread, cakes, ham, cheese, juice, coffee, etc., lukewarm eggs, bacon, sausage etc., only grapes and watermelon, fruit-wise.BUT, staff were exceptional!!Evening dinner is a choice of a starter, main and dessert.The moussaka & lamb dishes were amazing!!Maria, the owner is charming but, the staff are an amazing credit and made the holiday. Anastasia is so helpful and considerate.One week is enough.

Myself and my partner booked Sea View Village for a week based off the reviews and I have to say, they're absolutely spot on.The rooms are great, spacious and clean, the pool area is fantastic, the breakfast is brilliant - and as the name says, the views are spectacular from everywhere.But the one thing that makes Sea View Village special is the staff. They really could not do much more for us. We checked in late and were offered dinner when we arrived, the shuttle bus was great and the service was fantastic. A special mention has to go to everyone working for Sea View Village for making our holiday so special.If you're looking for an amazing place to stay in Vasilikos, look no further.

We stayed here for 11 nights with our 15yr old daughter and her best friend. Wow!! Where do I start! We have the warmest welcome from Maria and Mary which delighted us no end. It was as if we already new them. We have never received a welcome that generous anywhere we have stayed before. Our 2 storey room was stunning with plenty of room and exceptionally clean. The pool area was beautiful and there were sunbeds and towels provided on every bed. There were no beds being reserved and not being used. Again, the first time I have witnessed this. There were plenty to go round. The pool bar was great and the food was exceptional. We had breakfast included. Yes, it was samey but there was everything there you could need. EVERY SINGLE MEMBER OF STAFF were an absolute delight. They would stop and talk to you and they honestly couldn't do enough for you. We ate in the restaurant a few evenings and the food was wo nice.There was a supermarket almost next door which had everything you needed. And a little further walk were a few restaurants which took about 5 & 10 minutes to walk to. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel that takes you to a local little beach which was lovely but there were lots of wasps. Maria arranged a hire car for us so we explored for a couple of days to get out and about.So, if you're thinking if booking here then don't hesitate. The whole place is so well looked after and immaculate. We always say we wouldn't stay somewhere twice, but this is an exception. We will definitely go back for sure.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful ten days in this idyllic hotel, we had the duplex two bedroom apartment and it was perfect for myself, my wife and my teenage son.The view from the room of the ocean, the pool and the pine forest was just amazing, all of the staff were fantastic and very helpful and Maria the owner should be very proud of them all.The whole of the hotel and the wonderful pool are absolutely spotles, there is no bother getting a sunbed at anytime, and a special mention has to go to the fantastic Greek breakfast served in the stunning restaurant, especially the rice pudding and fig marmalade.We loved the sounds of the owls at night and the rooster in the morning, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return, highly recommend.
