  Good hotel, would visit again

  Just returned from a 6 night break at village Inn Studios, after reading the reviews we went open minded, we never really listen to all the reviews as we like to make our own mind up, the hotel itself is clean friendly and traditional Greek feeling, pool area has plenty of aumbed9 check in was speedy and the staff very friendly, restaurant staff constantly cleaning and checking everything was OK, we found the food of a decent quality. Not a huge selection as some hotels but what there was available was nice all be it not as hot as brits have there's, but we are in Greece not England, microwave availabke tho to heat it up, we enjoyed all our meals breakfast and tea each day, Our hotel room was typical Greek style with small kitchen and enough kitchen accessories for our stay, also a fridge and freezer, large balcony. the bathroom was a lot more modern than the living area, it had modern tiles and walk in wet room which was surprisingly very good, not the bathrooms we had seen on previous pictures, maybe it had recently been updated, we had fresh towels every single day of our stay and room cleaned every other day, Location is to the end of laganas road, this is the road the main strip is on and also the road to the beach but it's about 15-20 mins walk depending on your speed.There is plenty of bars and restaurants on the laganas road to stop of at before you hit the main strip so plenty of pit stops if you want,Supermarket straight across the road from hotel which is cheap and has everything you need. Taxi from the strip or the mini strip at night is between 8-10 euro depending on pick up point Overall we would stay here againThe bad reviews on this hotel don't really add up, some peoe just expect to much for a 3 star in greece

  Absolutely awful experience – avoid this hotelI genuinely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re expecting a normal all-inclusive holiday.From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were being treated as though we were a problem rather than paying guests. We understand that we were a group of lads and obviously there are rules, but the restrictions here were completely ridiculous.You were only allowed one drink at a time, meaning you couldn’t even get a drink for a friend. On top of that, the drinks themselves were absolutely awful and tasted extremely watered down. It barely felt like you were getting a proper drink at all.We were also charged extra for WiFi and air conditioning, which is ridiculous considering how much you already pay for an all-inclusive holiday.The food was another massive disappointment. There was basically the exact same food every single day — pork, spaghetti and a few chips, which were constantly running extremely low. There was hardly any variety whatsoever. For an all-inclusive hotel, the food was nowhere near acceptable.What made it even worse was that you weren’t allowed to take drinks into the dining area and the only drink available there was water. So you’re paying for an all-inclusive package but can’t even have a drink with your meal.We also completely understand having rules about noise, but being told we couldn’t even play quiet music on our balcony after 11pm is excessive. We weren’t causing trouble or disturbing anyone — we simply wanted to sit on our balcony and enjoy ourselves.The final day was probably the worst part. We had paid for a late checkout, yet our wristbands were cut off and we were told that because we were leaving that day, we weren’t entitled to breakfast or lunch. So despite paying for a late checkout, we were essentially treated as though our stay had already ended.Overall, the whole experience felt like the hotel was constantly looking for ways to restrict what guests could do or charge them extra for basic things. We paid for an all-inclusive holiday and certainly did not feel like we received an all-inclusive experience.Being a young group does not mean we should be treated differently or have basic parts of the holiday taken away from us. There are plenty of hotels that manage to have rules while still making their guests feel welcome.Very disappointing and definitely not somewhere I would return to.

  Review of girls holiday at the village inn

  Me and my friends, 12 girls went to the village inn for our girls holiday for a week. The village inn was perfect. Hotel rooms were basic but everything you needed. The hotel was full off girls and boys around the same age wich meant the vibes were high. Pres and music until about 12. Staff were lovely aswell. There is a night guard to monitor however he was no problem only told you to turn music down after 12. Village inn is about a 30 min walk to the strip but didn’t feel long as we went to bars along the way. Honestly think the village in was perfect, cheap girls holiday. CONS- wifi and aircon fee, wifi was very hit and miss All inclusive food wasn’t the best however the bar food that was 5-10 euros was amazing so nice30 min walk to strip

  Too far from the strip obviously but in general just quite averageDO NOT get all inclusive food is edible but just really below standard qualityLocals can hardly speak english so cant communicate mostly and you have to pay for wifi aircon everything for a lot of money rooms are alright probably the best part of the hotel and the cleaners are alright too but for the price terrible staying at a villa is so much better and there a better hotels for the money wouldnt recommend
