    The toilet was dirty, full of mould. We could see the black dirt. Unbelievable. We didn't use it. And we paid 100€! It was in August. Never again.

    Let’s be honest—if you go to a hotel looking for flaws, you’ll find plenty. This particular property is a small, conveniently located hotel close to the city center. There’s ample street parking available across the main street . Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re cozy and pleasant. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the TV offered several channels, plus the option to log in to your own Netflix account. The shower worked well, the bathroom was perfectly fine, and the room’s temperature was comfortable. Let’s face it: unless you’re staying at a resort, what more do you really need from a city hotel? It’s a place to sleep, freshen up with a good shower, and set out to explore. The staff were friendly, especially the lady at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind. I decided to skip breakfast and opted to eat by the waterfront instead. For what it is, I’d rate this as a solid option—a decent, convenient hotel for anyone visiting the area. I noticed some reviews, particularly from British guests, seemed overly critical, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and would gladly return.

    The room is very small , the walls are dirty something was trown on the walls which where very dirty, Location is good close to the center , very noisy in the back of the hotel ,at 2,3 in the morning people are screemening dors ate shut badly,but room was dirty

    The location was pretty nice. The people in the reception were friendly and made you feel at home. They also gave us a lot of information about the island. The services were really bad. The woman who cleaned our bathroom hadn't have put cleaned towels and new foam for bath, so we had to ask our own. At the bathroom the ventilator wasn't working so it smelled badly. The air conditioning wasn't working immediately after turning it on. Also there were other stuff from previous visitors . Although we made reservations without including breakfast they offered it with no extra charge. The breakfast was really delicious. Especially the coffee.

    Comfortable Stay with Nice Breakfast!

    Nice breakfast which is open from 0730 in the morning. Comfortable beds and rooms which are air conditioned. Small lift available to take heavy items to other floors. Wi-Fi is available at reasonable speeds. May get signal strength issues in some parts. Centrally located in Zakynthos Town and parking is available on the main road only 50-100m away but need to park before 1900 otherwise it may be difficult to get a park.
