Location

This hotel is located in the leisure district of Laganas, only a few minutes walk from the beach and the crystal-clear waters. The centre with its many bars, restaurants and nightlife venues can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The airport is 5 km from the hotel, whilst the harbour and Zante are 7 km away.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests have a choice of 145 rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a page service and a hotel doctor. Active guests who wish to explore the surrounding area by bike will appreciate the bicycle hire service (for a fee). Bicycle storage is also available for no extra charge. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Cleaning on departure is among the services offered. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, bathrobes and a telephone are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The club has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, horse riding and jogging are available. With paddle boating, canoeing, sailing and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, billiards and aerobics or, for a fee, yoga and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a hydrojet massage and, for an additional fee, a hammam, a spa, anti-ageing treatments, a solarium, aromatherapy and medicinal baths. Third-party operators offer hammam, aromatherapy and medicinal baths. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant with air conditioning, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, a lunch buffet and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and vegan food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. International brands are available for an additional fee. There are non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages as well.

    We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel and enjoyed every single moment of our stay. The atmosphere was amazing, the service was excellent, and everything was perfectly organized.A special thank you to Manager Stefanos, who spent the whole day making sure every guest was happy and comfortable 😊 You could really feel the care, positive energy, and professionalism all around the hotel.My children were absolutely delighted and had so much fun during the stay. They already asked when we can come back again! We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.

    Just returned from a stay here, first time to Zante Airport arrivals was not the best welcome ever had took 2 hours from landing to leaving Airport so I am put off returning for this, hotel on arrival has lots of stairs, no bell boys and no lift working so after travelling for hours and arriving late at night missing out on our evening meal and nearly grabbing a drink was hard carrying suitcase up the stairs, first impressions of room were good we had a private pool and so pleased with this however note the privacy screens that were in place when I booked the holiday are no longer there so if you have neighbours you are on top of each other so hardly giving a private atmosphere, Food is reasonable choice but boy it is not HOT at all, luke warm at the least and it is much the same every day, pasta, pizza and chips and the breakfast is exactly the same each day, we did venture out few times to try proper greek cuisine and that was nice. Nothing at hotel on night time so very boring we had to go out most nights found "The Pub" which has live singers on 6 days a week and so glad we found this place, we walked to Cameo Island and Kalamaki which was good and hired a quad and travelled to Zante town and Banana Beach, so worth it, overall enjoyed the 7 day break but could not come here for longer or again as you are left hanging around on last day when have to check out at 11am and no offering of a late check out, although the 2 rooms next to ours had no body in them so they were not fully booked! I was happy to pay for late checkout but still no so 7 hours of wasted last day

    This hotel is certainly not a 5-star, nor even a 4-star experience. At best, I would rate it a weak 3 stars. The rooms are outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The bathroom showed clear signs of neglect, with mould present and a broken showerhead.The food was of very poor quality—mostly reheated, highly processed, and lacking in freshness or taste. The variety was disappointing as well, for example the same uninspired pasta dishes served day after day. Nothing felt freshly prepared.Perhaps most disappointing was the service. The staff, particularly at the reception, came across as rude and unwelcoming, which left a very negative impression overall.

    Having the best stay here, hotel is very clean rooms cleaned everyday food standard is high! Very rare on all inclusive the meat is cooked properly but everything has been!! Which is amazing!

    Room wasn’t what we paid for in the start, right on the street, pools are stone cold so can’t even swim inside them, don’t have own subbeds on the beach, food is very basic,
