    Please think twice about staying here Firstly a week long holiday we have hot water for only three of those nights, they had been having issues apparently before we arrived but was never communicated to us at check in , shower head didn’t work whole holiday reported 3 times only got fixed once I spoke to the manager who was pretty useless, the beds are like cardboard the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever lay on. If your room is at the back of the hotel the noise is awful it’s like 1am you can hear the bins getting picked up everything, deliveries getting dropped off. The area for getting food is far too small food is rotten aswell drinks aren’t the best either, I’m really trying to think of a positive to staying here not sure whereabouts they managed to get a 4 star I’m not ever sure it’s a 3 I also never leave reviews on things but just want people to really think twice before coming here please read the reviews .     We had a fantastic week at this hotel literally 2 minutes from the beach no scrambling to get a bed at the pool always plenty available. The beds were uncomfortable for us but the staff put a mattress topper on the minute we asked. The food was always amazing with plenty of choice across two restaurants one which has a theme each night. Even the snack bar near the pool had beautiful food all made from scratch upon ordering. Entertainment isn't on every night but when it is we always enjoyed it. For a 3 star hotel we have no complaints and picked the right time to come as this is near the main clubbing strip but we couldn't hear anything as peak season hasn't started.     My 6th time in this hotel because the staff are very friendly. Antonio is one reason why I comeback to the hotel. The food is very nice and they have a lot of different options.     Good start to the holiday when landed, sun was shining and was lovely and warm...Transfer was quick...Hotel doesn't look like photos on jet2 website, we went middle of October so we knew lots of places would be closed down and weather unpredictable but the weather was better than expected...Checked in and taking to our room, which was out the main building, across the road down a little lane, round the corner to pass a bar/eating area, past a building with another pool then another walk over to our annexe which had a block of 9 rooms, room was basic but it was fine, spacious balcony, we didn't realise the layout was like it was and the only reason we never complained was the view from the balcony, it was a beautiful Seaview, had the sun allday and we could see Cameo Island which is a must do when in Laganas...Couldn't complain about the drinks, food wasn't upto much really, we enjoyed the bingo night, we got involved in the Greek dancing night which was fun!Most staff were friendly enough but some looked fed up...We met some lovely people there...The strip was obviously closed down, still one or two places open and your normal gift shops open....Visited 2 nice places on beach front for food and drinks... Cubaneros beach bar and Tasos lovely food and staff...Got the bus to Zakynthos town which you get from the Laganas sign down at the beach (bottom of the strip)Me and my friend had a nice weeks break, made the most of the all inclusive drinks!
