  Located at TST- very reasonable price and accommodating staff. Our flight was cancelled due to bad weather but the staff allowed us to stay to their lobby longer.. fast WiFi and restaurant around the area

  Fantastic style with excellent location. Staffs were superb basically fulfilled all your needs. I had a short trip in between and they allowed the luggage to stay for a week before I return. Highly recommended :). Book the cozy room so you will have extra space!

  Great Location but Very Small Room and Not Reliable Wifi

  The location of this place is amazing! So close to everything and I love every bits of the area. This is the hotel where we stayed when we go to Hong Kong disneyland. It is like 30 mins away so very convenient location. Reason for the low review is, the room is very small. Every few hours the wifi resets and keeps asking for password, so annoying specially that we are working at night and the internet is not very reliable. No free coffee but there is mugs and kettle but no stirrer lol, we bought lots of coffee in 7/11 after which is just in front of hotel but NO STIRRER!! We have to use the ice cream stick that we ate to stir coffee. While sleeping, we keep hearing noises from the other room, baby cries, banging, I think small rooms like this deserved to be soundproof.

  Just OK - not worthy of 4.5 stars or it’s high accolades

  I simply don’t understand how this hotel gets the its high ratings. I noticed that the vast majority of ratings come from “people” who have only rated ONE thing on TripAdvisor- namely, this hotel. And almost all of them give this hotel 5 stars. Hmmmm. I wonder why that is? For my review … it’s not a bad hotel. In many ways it’s adequate. First the good. The Kowloon location is great. Close to the metro and you can get to central Hong Kong in no time on the metro. The hotel itself has a lot of cute qualities (the pictures in the room and halls are neat). The overall vibe is similar to a Marriott Moxy hotel. The rate and value was decent to good. Now the bad - the customer service was severely lacking. Unfriendly. Not helpful. The beds are hard as a rock. That is not hyperbole or an exaggeration. They are so hard that we woke up several times during the night. We’ve stayed in hotels with hard beds. Not like this. Ouch! We asked for an extra comforter or mattress pad to take the edge off, but the hotel refused! Bad service. The carpet in our room was disgustingly filthy. It looked like years of dirt were ground into the carpet. See photo. It would be easy to bring in a carpet steamer to clean the carpets every once in a while. Nope. They are too cheap to do that. Also, they have ugly eyesores just sitting out in the hallway - like random air conditioners, fans and the giant blue bin that they use to hold the sheets and towels. They don’t even try to hide it with a curtain, door or anything. This comes off as super cheap and looks tacky. Another thing that seems incredibly cheap is how stingy they are with their cans of water. No matter how long you stay at the hotel, they only give you two cans of water in aluminum cans. When you ask for more they blame the government and say they can’t give you more. This is NOT true. The government limits the ability for hotels to give out free products with plastic (ex plastic water bottles). The government does not limit hotels giving out aluminum products - like the water the hotel gives out in aluminum bottles. In spite of that, they won’t provide anymore water than the two bottles when you check in. They blame the government, but in reality they are just too cheap to provide this to their guests. The Hong Kong tap water does not agree with me, and many others from my discussions with other travelers. Providing two bottles of water each day is not expensive. It is really tacky and comes off as being cheap by not doing this. Again, not a terrible hotel. But not worthy of its high ranking. This hotel may have been worthy of the 4.5 stars before. But not today. They seem to be about keeping their costs down and pinching pennies.
