    Good location next to MTR , small hotel 4 rooms per floor. The room was fine, not large but comfortable for one. Ac was very efficient so much so I turned it off most of the time. No restaurant on site

    It's a decent business hotel in Wan Chai right next to the Wan Chai MTR exit and with close proximity/ walking distance to the Convention Center. The staff is helpful and recommended for short business visits. The internet quality is very good as well.

    Please train your staff to know how to use the computer. They couldn't print a single document of two pages and the manager or someone in charge said "no, cannot." Cannot what? You should find the solution, it's a very simple printer function you can configure 👎 I hope after this issue, they can find a solution for future guests.     Pro : great location, all places around to eat, wan chai station subway 20 meters Quiet room , not too tiny for HK, cleaning staff very niceCons : may be need to clean curtains , lobby staff just ok...     i stayed in this hotel last year Oct 2018, and forget to review it due to overwhelming work. checked into a corner room near to the lift. i feel was quite ok but the bathroom was so so.this hotel is smack right in the heart of wanchai and super near to the convention centre.i think i would rather stay near CWB next time cos the food choices around wanchai is limited after late hours. of cos if you are after bars then there are tons of them here in WC.overall i would say ok for his hotel. not sure why the reviews got worst over time.hope the hotel can buck up and improve to make it better.
