    Good location. Short walk to kowloon ferries. clean and comfortable. Good staff. They give you a ne time discount voucher for the buffet but i thought it was still too expensive. If you like seafood you'll get your money's worth but if you don't, there's only pasta available.

    I rated this lower because of the staff and the customer experience. The staff at the front desk speak very broken English and laugh behind customers backs. I tried to ask them questions about the area (I’m a solo tourist) and was ignored and brushed off.Otherwise, the accommodation itself was nice, I had plenty of room and a nice view of the city. Shower + plenty of storage space.

    The hotel is situated in the Wan Chai district, easily accessed by bus, train or taxi. Reception is large, bright and the reception staff very welcoming.My room had recently been refurbished, plenty of space, large comfortable bed, fridge, tea and coffee replenished every day. The room was serviced daily to a high standard.I would recommend the hotel which is reasonably priced and is excellent value for money.

    I was skeptical at the beginning due to many poor reviews, and thought, if the receptionists were unfriendly, I will leave. Fortunately, the receptionist was very friendly, my room was upgraded, the bus to the airport was right in front of the hotel, everything was perfect for the value of money we pay. I am certain to stay here again.

    This review has been scored low purely because we found the staff at this hotel unwelcoming and ignorant. Every engagement with any member of staff was really difficult and we found them not helpful and just plain rude.The hotel on the other hand was perfect and in a perfect location… a stones thrown away from Wan Chai MTR which was so easy and convenient to get around Hong Kong once you get used to it. We also got the airport express train which was super easy.You have everything you need very close by the hotel from 7-11, M&S, McDonalds, Starbucks and lots of delicious restaurants offering cantonese traditional foods.The room was lovely clean and spacious and overlooked the harbour. Perfect location and a lovely stay, its just a real shame the staff are not welcoming.
