Location

This hotel is situated in one of Hong Kong's most progressive areas, between the endless shopping options of Causeway Bay and the modern office towers of Quarry Bay. Causeway Bay is less than a 10-minute drive away, while Quarry Bay underground station is a few paces from the hotel and provides quick and convenient access to the rest of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the international airport. It is only 7 stops (about 20 minutes) on the MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui.

Facility

The hotel has 6 lifts and features 669 rooms and 360 suites. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel provides a number of options for sport and leisure. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind.     I checked in at this hotel to compete for HK Squash Masters Games @ HKFC. It was the best hotel in HK I have been. My room 1505 at the corner. I slept so well, hot shower and strong water pressure. Barely hear any noises from the street and other rooms. Aircon worked perfectly. They clean our hotel everyday with new towel. As Indonesia who lives in Jeju, South Korea. I felt HK hospiPerfect location. Away from hustles of busy areas. You can easily go anywhere by bus, MTR or Tram. They have a nice swimming pool. Perfect to relax after going out all day. Will definitely stay here again.     Solo room on the 32nd floor with great views!Booked via BA as a package for a good price. Had all the bits expected, comfy bed/desk/sofa/ big TV/safe/hot drinks etc, good size for the area.A lot of kit for the money paid, even had fast lifts.     Overall the stay was a pleasant one. The staff was always friendly and helpful and always did their best for me.

    Location was ideal as it was very close to the MTR and also close to the harbour front. Hotel accommodation was very comfortable but disappointed that we were not informed before that things like bottled water and other amenities would not be provided free but could be purchased if needed. I think that they should be made available free on request from the guests.     My memorable experience in Hong Kong staying at the Harbour Plaza North Point hotel

    The proximity from the hotel to the subway was just a short walk across from the hotel. All the staff were always friendly and courteous and they all spoke English so this made communication so much easier The room and bed was very clean and comfortable which made for well rested nights. We also ate at the Greens buffet restaurant for breakfast every day because we got good value for our money. The variety of items in the buffet were such we didn't have to eat the same items everyday. Sometimes we stuffed ourselves so much that we were able to skip lunch on that day Since this was our first time in Hong Kong the staff at the concierge desk always guided us to our points of interest for that day which made our visit to Hong Kong much more enjoyable. Hong Kong was the last leg of our Far East trip and I will say that it was the best even we didn't have a tour guide here. We were not under any time pressure when visiting the tourist sites plus we were able to make side trips that turned up surprisingly well.
