    Dated hotel but very clean. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with plenty of room for a toddler and two adults, lounge and kitchenette with a large fridge. Located right by the light rail tram which made it very easy to reach other areas of Hong Kong via the MTR.Can't fault the hotel, plenty of food outlets in the nearby malls, a Starbucks for morning coffee located in the other hotel tower.     I strongly advise everyone NOT to book this hotel. My stay was a complete disaster: 1. The photos online are fake and do not reflect reality at all. 2. I paid extra for an Elegant Room, but when I arrived the staff simply said: “This type of room doesn’t exist in our hotel.” This is a scam. 3. The rooms are extremely small, dirty, and smell bad. I even tried changing rooms twice, with no improvement – and I had my 2-year-old child with me. 4. The staff are arrogant and unprofessional, with zero hospitality or welcoming attitude. 5. Basic needs like drinking water are not available in the rooms. If you want water, you must go down to the front desk and buy it yourself. 6. Even essentials like toothbrush, razor, hair comb, and cotton buds are not provided – you have to pay for them at the lobby.This hotel is a complete disappointment and a waste of money. They mislead guests with fake advertising, treat customers poorly, and provide the worst service I have ever experienced.👉 I will never come back, and I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.     This is an old hotel, and it's disappointing that they don’t even provide basic amenities like water in the rooms. It feels quite unappealing.The location isn't ideal, as it's quite far from the main attractions that tourists typically want to visit. While it’s a large hotel, the amenities feel outdated. However, it’s close to a train station, with affordable restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, which is a nice feature for guests.     Large but old hotel, decent experience

    This hotel is very dated. The layout and furniture are very 80s and 90s. However, it is fine for the most part. Being so far away from the New Territories, it also has very large rooms. I found it to be clean and comfortable overall and the service was good. The breakfast buffet had an okay spread, but it was essentially just English breakfast every day with no variation. The hotel is attached to a large mall, so you won't be lacking in food options. There is a light rail station right in front of the hotel, as well as a bus stop for the airport bus.
