  I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. Over the past two years, I have returned repeatedly because of the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff.The first interaction one has with any hotel is with the front desk and I would like to give special shoutout to Anthony, Ben, Janice, Joe, and Wilkin. Their lighthearted conversations, professionalism, dedication, and commitment to supporting guests have made a lasting impression on me. They always greet me with a smile and acknowledge me as a returning guest, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued.Then of course, the most important meal of the day is breakfast and the breakfast here at Eagle’s Garden is never disappointing. I am a gold member so I get breakfast for free but the price for it is worth it. The breakfast team is always friendly, attentive, and professional. In addition, I genuinely enjoy the quality and taste of the breakfast offerings. It has both Asian and western mix, so there is something for everyone. My personal favorite is the congee, the side toppings makes even plain congee taste so good. I have a preference for staying on the 16th floor because the housekeeping staff member assigned to that floor is exceptionally hardworking and consistently keeps the rooms in excellent condition. And her consistency is truly something that makes me keep wanting to stay on that floor. I have stayed in many places around the world and sometimes, like this hotel, I stayed multiple times, yet I haven’t found a consistency in housekeeping like this one. I hope the management acknowledge her, promote her, and use her as an example for others to keep or exceed this consistency.Perhaps it is this sense of familiarity, warmth, and outstanding hospitality that keeps bringing me back to ghis hotel. When traveling so far from home, it is comforting to stay in a place where I feel both welcomed and cared for.   I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Mongkok many times over the years, and it continues to be my preferred hotel whenever I visit Hong Kong.The hotel is strategically located:* 5–7 minutes’ walk from Mongkok MTR Station* 5–7 minutes’ walk from the bus stop for the A21 airport bus* About 10 minutes’ walk from Olympic MTR Station* 5–7 minutes’ walk across the pedestrian bridge to Olympian City (奧海城), a large shopping complex with extensive dining, shopping, and entertainment options spread across three sectionsAlthough the hotel is located in Mongkok, it sits in a quieter area away from the crowds and constant bustle. This makes it a welcome retreat, especially for visitors who may not be accustomed to Hong Kong’s fast pace and population density.The rooms are clean, comfortable, and reasonably sized by Hong Kong standards. The breakfast selection is varied and enjoyable, and the breakfast staff are consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The rooftop pool is another highlight, offering a relaxing space with impressive views of the city skyline.If I had one suggestion, it would be to expand the fitness center, which is quite small relative to the rest of the hotel’s facilities.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the concierge and front desk team. In an industry where service can make or break the guest experience, this team consistently excels. They are knowledgeable, professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist guests. Whether answering questions, providing recommendations, or helping resolve issues, they do so with genuine care and efficiency.I stay here several times each year, and in a city with countless hotel options, the fact that I keep returning speaks for itself. What keeps bringing me back is not just the location or the facilities, but the people.   I spent two weeks at the Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok during my trip in May 2026, and the experience exceeded my expectations.The daily breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was excellent. The selection was thoughtfully curated—not overwhelming, but offering just the right variety. The food was consistently fresh, well-prepared, flavorful, and nutritious.The room was a good size, especially considering Hong Kong's hotel market and the property's price range. It was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained throughout my stay.The front desk associates were professional, friendly, and responsive to all reasonable requests. They often went above and beyond to ensure guests had a pleasant experience, and their sense of humor added a personal touch to the stay.The Eagle's Garden restaurant is a must-try. The food was fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. The chefs clearly take pride in their work, and the restaurant team provided attentive service.
