Location

Nestled in the very heart of Kowloon's bustling city centre, the hotel is in the commercial business and entertainment district of Tsim Sha Tsui as well as within the main shopping area of Kowloon. It is only a 2-minute walk to the MTR (Hong Kong's underground Mass Transit Railway) and 5 minutes on foot to the Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island and boat tour piers. Kowloon Park is 500 m away and it is approximately 5 km to Lan Kwai Fong/ Soho, 6 km to Temple Street night market, 7 km to Ocean Park & Middle Kingdom and around 9 km to Repulse Bay Beach. Chek Lap Kok international airport is an approximately 45-minute drive away.

Facility

The hotel has 597 rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Location is at the city center and near train stations, that's why it's expensive. The family room is somehow smaller than expected, we just enjoyed our stay.There are 2 staffs who were accomodating during our stay, forgot the names though. God bless them and their families.     we chose Holiday Inn Golden Mile as it is very near a MTR station and nearby are many attractions and shopping malls with nice food.. the staff are very friendly and always do their best to ensure my family had a great stay..we will definitely book this hotel if we travel to Hong Kong again..     Felt Good but Hotel Management needs to work on few things to improve.

    I came here for 4 days and the room service is best served by Shashi. Made the room so tidy every single day so that I can be comfortable when I come back to room after the work. Food is not great but good. Indian food is especially not good except poha. I would suggest the team to work on that as many of us felt the same. Apart from this everything is good but room needs a room freshener so that room will be fresh as well. Please work on this as well team.     This is my second stay for business trip here, and your hotel is like a home away from home place. Location is the best and i like everthing in the hotel, especially hotel staffs make me feel good and warm; Martin, Jack, and Senmi.
