    Good sized rooms but needs a bit of touch up

    Pros:1) situated in the midst of Mongkok, Prince Edward and Yau Ma Tei. Albeit a bit of a walk from Mongkok MTR or airport bus stop (A21 bus) but with many shops around, there’s a lot to see and eat. 2) staff were friendly and helpful - majority can speak English3) room of a good size with all amenities provided (slippers, sachets, mini fridge etc) and efficient use of space. 4) soundproof is good - my room was directly opposite the lift and I couldn’t hear anything. Cons:1) room looks better in picture than irl - it looks dated, and can see that some parts are of wear and tear (ie discolouration on wall/floors etc). 2) initial housekeeping could be better - could see spots of dust at items that were not used ie remote control, phones etc. 3) aircon was good - only when you’re directly in front of it. At your bed, there is simply no cold air circulating. 4) toilet bowl has an odd smell when flushed Overall a pleasant stay!     Good location and service

    My friend recommend me to stay here which is in the city centre, Mongkok. Location is perfect and just 5-10 mins walk to Mongkok or Yau Ma Tei MTR station, the FO staff react promptly to my request and there are lots of restaurants around, I can grab some food when I back late. Room is small but you know Hong Kong is a tiny place, all essential elements are equipped and enough for my stay. Highly recommend this place.     Musky and smelly room

    The room is so smelly. Musky smell and pee smell. The air con is so loud. I check immediately the next morning and forgo my another night.     Amazing quality for the price

    As to be expected from a Hong Kong hotel, the rooms are small, but very clean. The staff is also very friendly and the coffee is complimentary. The location is perfect (less than 10 mins from the MTR, and close to many restaurants) and the price is very competitive. I would definitely return the next times I am in Hong Kong!
