    I recently stayed at this wonderful property with my girlfriend, and I would like to thank you Edgar at front office.Right from the moment I arrived for check-in, Edgar made me feel incredibly welcome. He noticed it was my birthday, warmly wished me a happy birthday, and surprised me by upgrading my room to a gorgeous Seaview room. It made the start of my stay so special.Shortly after settling into my room, I received a beautiful small birthday cake delivered straight to my door. It was such an unexpected and delightful surprise!I am incredibly grateful the hotel team for going above and beyond to make my birthday so memorable. This level of care and hospitality is rare, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. I will definitely be back!     Our family stayed at the Hotel Alexandra for our holiday in Hong Kong.The location is great and very convenient and the room was nicely prepared. All staff are nice, especially Assistant Front Office Manage Mr. Edgar was most helpful at the hotel reception. He were attentive and very patient.     We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Alexandra. The hotel was spotless from the lobby to the rooms, and everything felt very well maintained and comfortable. The location was also perfect.
