    Nice hotel setup in which every floor has different theme.Prices are on the high side.Very near shopping mall and transport hub - direct bus from the airport.

    Cramped hotel in a dingy, unpleasant area, to be avoided!

    I stayed in the Hotel COZi Resort for a business meeting. The hotel could not be more misleadingly named. The entrance is a door off a side street into an elevator lobby, with reception on the second floor. The rooms are small, cramped and airless. There is a fridge, but no iron or ironing board. The wifi is very slow.The hotel is located in a dingy area of Tuen Man. It appears to be an industrial zone with lots of car repair shops. It is grubby, dirty and uninviting. There is really nothing nearby in the way of shops or restaurants. Even the nearest 7-Eleven was about three or four blocks away. The hotel itself has a basic restaurant, but no bar.Several of the people who had booked into the hotel for the same event simply walked out and grabbed a taxi to a better hotel, event though they had prepaid. I seriously considered bailing, but in the end I sucked it up rather than go to the bother of finding somewhere else at the end of a long working day.

    The hotel is close to the train station so its pretty nice and convenient,the staff there was also very nice and there was also a 7 eleven around the block so that's nice the view there is also nice next to a river and all that. More about the hotel now, there is a kids playing room in the hotel to put your kids in if you want to go somewhere so that you don't need to worry about them,the atmosphere of the hotel is also nice quiet,peacefull the room is also quiet big ,cozy and also clean. The arsitecture of the building is also nice the penguin infront of the hotel gives it a welcoming vibe.

    Arrived late at night (around 9-10 pm) and was assigned to 9th floor - Thai theme. It looked alright till we saw it in day light the next day. The room was barely ready and absolutely dirty - the seats, walls etc covered with stains and/dust. The hair drier almost short-circuit that it turned itself off. Never been to a hotel that would offer such a standard to customers. Reported it to the reception and the hotel manager came. Offered us to switch to another room so we did that night. Slightly better with the African theme as it's a lighter/brighter room but again, wall was scratched and under the bed is only a bit less dusty but still very much. Also sent some clothes to wash and some went missing. Was told that they reminded the laundry company to be more careful but that was it, no goodwill or compensation as such. The pool was surround by the hotel structure itself that you barely get any sun. And I mistakenly left some newly opened toiletries on the shelf in the shower, called the reception the night and asked if they could locate them for me to pick up. Was promised a call the next morning and never got one so phoned them back mid-afternoon and was told there's nothing left behind. Again, no effort to show any concern. Overall, poor service and do not recommend it to anyone at all!

    It really a good experience to stay in the hotel for Easter. This is our second time to stay here. Staff are nice and the room is clean. My kids are happy playing in the playhouse.
