  Great hotel located at Tsuen Wan

  Location in between Kwai Hing and Kwai Fong Mtr station. Walk distance to Kwai Hing is around 5 to 10 mins and walking to Kwai Fong is around 10 to 15 mins. Airport Bus A30 bus stop is around 5 to 7 mins walk from the Hotel. The journey to airport is only around 30mins. So it is convenience.This hotel is located at warehouse and light industry area, so no eating places and convenience shops beside. It need to walk around 5 to 7 mins to Kwai Hing or Kwai Fong direction, then you can find many eating places and supermarket too.Room is nice and new. It is not so big and no desk and chair inside. But it is still ok for the room size. Toothbrush set and slippers are available. Daily housekeeping service is available. Wifi is good and TV channels are mostly in Chinese. Window is big and room is bright. Bathroom and toilet is separated and which is good if you are sharing room. Check in and check out is fast and no deposit is needed. I arrived at the hotel at 10.30am and they allowed me to check in and go into the room. Thank you very much and can repeat to stay in this hotel.For those going to concert in Hung Hum or Kai Tak, the Mtr is convenience too.   This place is a budget hotel but is very well designed. Small space but very clean and also very cheap. I am very happy with this place. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend if you are on a budget! Air con is good, decent view outside, separate toilet and shower, comfortable beds, very new feeling.   Disappointing stay amidst convenient location

  My recent stay left much to be desired. While the hotel's location is convenient, nestled within walking distance of the MTR station, the overall experience fell short of expectations.Hotel is located in an industrial area, many trucks and vans nearby, quite a dusty surrounding. Lack of maintenance was evident in the hotel room, with various amenities in dire need of repair.The room itself was a disappointment, lacking basic facilities such as a fridge and offering an uncomfortably small toilet. What's worse, the bed was positioned facing the toilet door, allowing unpleasant odors to permeate the room, making for an unpleasant atmosphere.Complimentary drinking water was frustrating, as I found myself needing to request daily bottles of water rather than having them readily available. Furthermore, the thin walls provided minimal sound insulation, allowing every noise from neighboring rooms to intrude upon my peace and quiet, including loud conversations and even snoring.In all my travels, this is the first hotel that has left me longing for the cleanliness and comfort of shopping mall toilets over its own accommodations.   Starting with the room, I was welcomed with a moldy and dusty room. Though the room does not smell however the sight of those black dots and dust was tough for me. Grouting in the shower area and toilet, seriously, it is time for rework. Not sure if was it the design of the floor, it does not look nice but dirty. Feedback to Front Desk and got an upgrade. It was not as bad but it was still bad. No complimentary water nor instant coffee or tea bag. No other toiletries except shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush. Both rooms were small and without working space. No luggage stand thus I have to put my luggage in the bag.As for the staff, can be more empathetic. Nothing was offered to a guest who just has a red-eye flight. Perhaps there was nothing much they can offer.Hotel was located in an industrial area. Weekdays nights and weekends are quiet.Generally, if you are a traveler who just needs a safe place to shower or sleep, this hotel can be considered.   Worst hotel stay ever

  We booked the hotel at 98 per night for 5 nights x 2 rooms back in feb. Despite requesting if we can change due to the unrest, it was denied. Today is the first day we checked in. As opposed to what it's name suggest, it is not easy to access. Met with lukewarm service from Dennis, who seems too tired and uninterested to serve. We requested to have additional pillow was not met.Room was dirty.(refer to image) so dusty that we were sneezing athe moment we step into the room. There's dust and soap stain everywhere. Lots of tripping hazard. Something that puzzled me is why is the bath so much bigger than bed area. We don't even have space to open our luggage and it's filthy and dusty. So planning of the room is bad. Service is bad. And very dirty. Avoid this hotel at all cost.
