    Disappointing experience. Stayed for seven days and also paid for breakfast. Not only there were limited choice of food, we were served the same food every morning. So disrespectful to guests. The location was bad - very far away from the MTR station and we needed to depend on the hotel’s shuttle bus which limited our freedom of time. The room layout was even worse. No wardrobe and just a few miserable hooks. We have no place to hang our clothes as ours was a seven-day stay. The WC cubicle has no wash-basin. The one and only wash-basin was inside the room beside the bed - and shared by both the WC cubicle and bathroom. The counter top with this built-in wash-basin also double-up as a makeup area.     If you come to HK and stay in the Tsuen Wan surrounding area, I wouldn't recommend Hotel Ease! I returned to HK to update my identity card, and due to the processing time, I had to stay for several days. My cousin suggested I choose this place because it's cheaper and not worth wasting time on a fancy hotel. Anyway, upon my arrival, the large woman at the reception offered no greeting and kept me waiting while she played with her phone. When she finally acknowledged my presence, I expected to check in right away because the email from the hotel stated the check-in time from 12am. However, she said check-in was after 2pm, and if I wished to check in now, it would cost an extra $200 HKD. When I mentioned that the email stated the check-in time differently, she rudely pointed at a piece of paper with the hotel policy. I thought, 'Go get stuffed! I'm not paying you extra money so that you can fill your stomach with more snacks!' Her rudeness already ruined my experience. As for the room, nothing special was expected, but the TV size was okay for the room size. The towels were thick, which was good, the mattress was firm, and the pillow felt dense. Shortly after I unpacked, someone, possibly from reception, called to inform me that because I was staying for 10 days, housekeeping would only be on Mondays and Thursdays. Since tissues and toilet paper wouldn't last that long, we initially bought our own from the supermarket. But when housekeeping finally came, my mum was really impressed with the lady who cleaned our room. She was friendly and thorough, even offering my mum extra water and tissues. She said if we needed more tissues or toilet paper, we could make a request downstairs. One day, my mum wanted to ask if they could heat up a soup for her, and the person who spoke to her suggested she try 7-11! When she also asked for more tissues and toilet paper, the woman who delivered the supplies rudely lectured us, saying housekeeping for our room was only on Mon and Thurs and that this was an exception for us. WTF! Due to unforeseen reasons, I had to stay in HK for an extra 6 days. I immediately booked a different hotel up the road, 'Silka,' and the difference in customer service was night and day! I was greeted by Ricky at the reception. He saw me dragging a few luggages and immediately came to help me. He offered my mum water and suggested I check with the front desk to register first because the email stated the check-in time was 2pm. To my surprise, Charles at the reception said my room was now available and asked if I'd like to check in now. Overall, you'll feel Silka's professional and friendly customer service. One more thing I want to say about Hotel Ease is that, while waiting for the lift to check out, the same friendly lady who cleaned our room saw us leaving. She asked my mum if she'd like some water and if we needed any assistance.     Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.

    I come early. The service is horrible. I been waiting 3 hours and still don’t check me in. I ask where is the bathroom and they don’t have it in the lobby. I have to hold my self if i need to go to a bathroom. The hotel are not in tourist area. It’s in a industrial area. Nothing to see around. You will spend more money in taxis. The front desk services are horrible and I only recommend this hotel the enemy. I ask if they return my payment because they don’t have room ready and they said no refund. Avoid this hotel at all cost.     I am experiencing the bad customer service about this hotel, the air conditioning is not cold, carpet very sticking and dirty, I can't believe how they use this hotel as isolation of Covid-19 I do strongly not recommend your guys to stay .     Try to avoid this hotel!!

    I booked this hotel 7 months ago and the booking date is 22 feb 2020. Due to the coronavirus spread, I cancel my trip and ask for hotel refund although the hotel policy is nonrefundable. I raise my request twice but still be rejected. All my other hotels, like macau, gulin, are granting me grace although they are also non-refundable. Only this hotel rejected me even though I told them I was born in Wuhan and I want to minimize the spread risk. I am really disappointed about their customer service and rigid hotel policy. I think they only care about money!!
