    We had a fabulous stay at Hyatt Centric in Hong Kong to celebrate our Anniversary. From start to finish, our stay was great! We reserved a room on the concierge floor that included Breakfast, afternoon snacks, had a great night cap on the rooftop bar overlooking the city and the harbor view room was grand! Most of all Cindy, our liaison on the concierge floor took care of all our needs and made our anniversary special with a celebration cake. Cindy was a shinning example of 1st class customer experience! Highly recommend this hotel! Well done!

    My room is at high floor with full harbour view. Hotel staff at 22/F Victoria Harbour Lounge (namely Kenny, Cassie, Suyeon, Marshall, Kevin - in particular Cassie) provide professional service with hospitality & nice attitude. Housekeeping overall staff (in particular 梅) care guests with quick cleaning service & response. And all staff at restaurant during breakfast time greet guests with nice smiling face & great attitude (in particular Wah - she cares about each table of guests with excellent service). We enjoy much during our stay.     Our home away from home

    This is our fifth time staying at the Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour in three years. Each time, the staff makes us feel like we had returned to our home away from home. First, Kinsley and Payton and the rest of the Concierge team always warmly greet us. Even after a year away, we were instantly recognized by the team as they quickly grabbed our luggage and greeted us. The staff at the Club Lounge including Cindy, Cassie, Kenny, and Kevin made every visit feels like going back to a familiar restaurant. Similarly, the team at the breakfast buffet including Torres and Shan always remember what we want and get us our Hong Kong milk tea every morning. The food at this hotel is fantastic and well worth the money. Our recent housekeeper, Yanqin, keeps the room clean and tidy every single day of day. Each afternoon when we returned, we knew the room would be in perfect shape. The location of this hotel is why we keep coming back year after year. It's closed to the North Point MTR, the North Point Ferry Terminal, tram stations, countless buses on Kings road about two blocks away. Plus, there are numerous coaches connecting to Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Foshan, etc just steps away from the hotel.
