Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 550 rooms, including 13 studios and 340 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     Had a great stay at Ibis on HK island. Sarah at check in was very helpful and generous enough to upgrade our room! So conveniently located and such a nice experience. Would definitely stay again if I’m in HK.
