  My second stay at this hotel and I tend to like it more and more! Staff was very helpful. When I arrived, the usb charger in my room was broken but they had a technician ready who swooped it out with a new usb plug, almost instantly ✨️ Not to mention that Hong Kongers are just really friendly by nature 😊I was also able to make good use of the water dispenser. This helped me a lot because I didn't have to buy and carry water bottles. They also have a less plastic policy which is just really cute. I am really happy to recommend this hotel to other travellers!

  Review after a 3-Night Stay in iSuite for 4 Adults

  The glass for the 2 toilet doors at iSuite is translucent. It will be awkward if staying with unclose people. 2 sofa beds were setup at living room. There is no walking space for the sofa bed nearer to the windows. Sofa bed is narrow to turn body too, hence sleep quality is poor. Refrigerator doesn’t work. The power points are located in weird places that are not ideal and not convenient for reaching. Ideal to be located at bedside for ease of reach. During our stay on our 3rd day on 20 Feb 2026, the iSuite room is still not cleaned as at 2.30pm when we need to call to request to clean room. Do also note that the distance from Sheung Wan MTR to hotel is rather long specially if you have elderly. It takes time to navigate the directions at initial stage too. For the price, it is possible to find other hotels in Hong Kong with better staying experience and closer proximity to MTR.

  All was ok apart from 2 things:-the inconvenience of a lift not being available for a few days - the controls should have been modified for 1-lift operation because the lift often ignored calls, both going up and downthe breakfast arrangement is ridiculous - a singe grill is not enough AND supply barely keeps up with demand, so it's pointless food being put in a grill anyway because the food has no chance of becoming warmer!

  Just finishing up a 4 day stay. Mixed feelings about the place. The positives- location is great. As others have noted its on the A11 bus route so easy to get to from airport - 7 min walk from the stop. Close to MRT, ferry terminal and walking distance to IFC mall and central piers. Room size was spacious for our family of 4. Good wifi and water pressure. The negatives - the hotel focuses on efficiency vs customer service. We checked innon Christmas day did not even get an acknowledgement or hello. Just a grunt and keys handed over. Stark difference to our experience from Japan from where we just came. All subsequent interactions just curt. Our kids had sofa beds but they were not set up when we came and had to call thrice to get them done and they were not comfortable to sleep on. One to be aware if using that facility.To be fair if you use the QR code and request for services - room make up etc things seem to be done promptly. Like I said focus on efficiency not customer service. Definitely going to use the express key drop for checkout shortly. Breakfast is a non event. A few buns and apple /orange juice. Tea coffee but for the price of a room you would have hoped for me.All in all like I said mixed emotions but enough to make us to elsewhere next time. Not value for money or focus on customer.   IClub Sheung Wan is exceptional. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Idol and Jason. Rooms are clean, location is excellent and easy access to MTR.
