  Mouse / Mice - size like a cat at back door car parking area!!!! curtain full of dust; Rubbish; dirty; bugs; smelly; unfriendly; water full of mold; dirty air condition; cockroach; cigratte roomates & mari_juana roommates (staff will ignore your complain).Lock up in the old lift with "friendly" staff won't help at all; won't call 999 to fire department, will only ask you to wait for its own technician to save you when he returns from Lunch!!!! what the!!!!! no carrier signal in lift so you cannot save yourself as well!!! security camera cctv without connecting anything at lift waiting area!!! lift with splt and pee!!1/f restaurant use mold water from its non-clean water tower to cook food, lunch, dinner, water full of mold, you won't regret.If you are looking for all of these during your stay, this is the hotel you should book, you cannot imagine in your life!!Photos tell the TRUTH!!!If you ask for walk in price or continuous rental price, they won't give you 3rd party online booking price. If you book from 3rd party system, they will say they don't have the rooms you booked. The lady reception will say you need to pay more $$ to check in for another room!!!Morning time will have staff sudden open your room door and come in!!!!!A hotel with no chair or sofa at lobby! only with a ugly china portrait with no head!!!!

  We were on a monthly stay since December, and have previously agreed on a long-term monthly rental package. However, they did not have the due respect for the guest!!! One fine day, we BUMPED into the manager in the elevator, and he was like oops, you guys need to shift out as soon as possible, cause we are enlisted as a quarantine hotel in the upcoming round. To my knowledge, the government has released the news more than 5 days before he told us. Should we not "BUMPED" into him in the elevator, we will be chased out when the time comes. BAD SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, WORST SERVICE STAFF THAT OPENS YOUR ROOM DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING. stay at your own risk!

  Deceiving and unethical practices

  The hotel is currently on the quarantine government approved list, but they are clearly being greedy with the hidden charges and unpleasant food. If they are charging 100HKD for each food delivery they should at least provide decent food to the guests! This is outrageous and they are clearly profiting on people that has limited budget and is staying in the hotel.

  The IW hotel in Ngau Tau Kok charges $100 for any food items delivered to the hotel for room guests. It is written into the small print: "Outside deliveries will be allowed via our front desk but each delivery is subject to HK$100 service charge due to cleaning."A friend of my domestic helper is staying there. The food is not fabulous and this charge makes outside delivery from friends impossible. I don't see how this charge can be justified - is it allowed? Are hotels allowed to charge what the heck they like?

  A 3 star hotel justify the value

  The location is reasonably accessible from subway, but the 5-7 minutes walk is along all industrial building, no shops at all. The bonus of the location is the seaside promenade, where one can see the view of the harbour and have a nice walk. The room is fairly clean. Elevators a bit slow in Hong Kong standard.
