  Such a bad experience. You need to pay 100 HK dollars for the deposit of the room key. When I arrived for the check in, I told the front desk guy that I would leave in the early morning and I needed to make sure there was someone there to give my key deposit back. He told me that there was going to be someone there, and there was also a phone number I could call in case there was no one there. In the morning I found the reception completely empty. I called the number but nobody answered. I took the paper of the reservation and wrote a note saying that I was going to come back in two weeks to get my deposit back. On the next day I even sent them an email explaining the situation. They answered the email saying that I could go back there with no problem that they were aware of the situation. Two weeks later I go to the hotel to find this really rude old man yelling at me, saying that they were not giving me any money, I even showed him the email that the hotel sent to me asking me to come back, and still he told me to shut up and leave. I have never seen someone being so rude and impatient. The room itself was quite dirty. There are many other hotels as cheap as that one with a better service in that same complex.

  This place it’s a nightmare, room is terrible small, they have put an extra bed in the middle of the “room” because they have more people than bed, it’s like a jail! No towel, no soap but guys don’t worry u never go touch that bathroom, pls stay away! For the girl it’s not a safe zone, don’t go!

  Never Trust this Hostel, They will keep charging you many times, They play with my bookings as I cancelled the previous once and after 20minutes I booked it again, When I arrived they took my payment and they told me I have one cancelled bookings which I need to pay, I refused to Pay because first of all I sent them an email explaining about the cancellation and they said it's OK. Then when I arrived they started to charge many things, Key need to deposit 20euros, Bathroom +30euros for 4 nights. This is completely horrible, They are the silent thief, The front desk are rude and so disrepectful. Please never book to this Hostel and Also there is only 2 lift for 15th floor building and You will find many que's going up and down. Overall Scam and Thief.

  We stayed there for a few days, the OLD rude guy was so difficult to talk to. The rooms were just as expected small but it wasn't well kept. If you are picky and particular in cleanliness, this hostel is not for you.

  If you can don’t book this hostelHostel is cheap , room is small and no dirty but not cleaned , very noise and bad small inside the rooms , I had to change two room before find one so but no what I book but a cheap one , I book a room Standard Double and give me a En-Suite Twin Room difference around 40HK$ less, but OK I agree no time to find another hotel .So I paid the rooms ( 760HK$ ) but no HK$ so I asked 5 minutes for go exchange my money ( rate was 1,25) the girl in reception said me no problem now she can change at 1,2 and tomorrow in check out will give back and also asked me 200 RMB for deposit and day after will back 200 RMB no HK$The day after I make checkout , I had to running out so I prefer don’t ask for the difference of exchange and asked back just the 200 RMB of deposit , but him ( and old and bad man ) gave me just 200 HK$ , I said NO I do like have RMB as agreed on check-he said , if I want RMB I must wait the girl in afternoon he don’t want give me RNB but just 200 HKI noted to him that the days before already make exchange low , 1,2 and now he want make rate at 1?? So please gave me 200 RMB or change with right exchange .No way to talk with him or 200 HK$ or wait there three or four hours In the end after one hour and half of discussion I got 100 RMB and 120 HK$Believe me in not for the few HK$ that take more but the way are cheat people just for few HK$ thay are making bad face with all customers in fact other customers had the same problem and prefer don’t have discussion take what the old man give back and left that so poor hostel.
