    ive been to Hong Kong 38 times absolute worst hotel ive stayed at dirty mouldy awful. was promised the earth by the higher ups received nothing. worst place ever YOUVE BEEN WARNED

    DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. This hotel was a complete dump. The place is filled with mold and has a terrible musty mildew stench in all the rooms. If you have allergies, sinus issues, or asthma do not come to this hotel! Our clothes smelled horrible and had to be washed at our next hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are completely outdated and it shows throughout the whole hotel. We had to ask the front desk to move several times because the rooms smelled so bad. To which they were rude about moving us. Their solution was to spray room deodorizer which made the situation worse. They also have this disgusting perfume in the lobby area that is so overwhelming. This hotel was part of a travel package so we had to stay or find our own accommodations elsewhere. Otherwise, we would have left and cancelled our reservation immediately. Hong Kong is amazing and I recommend staying somewhere else while in town!

    We were in a delux room - lots of room for us for a week. Quiet as we were on 16th floor.Excellent location for exploring HK, about 15 minutes walk from MTRs or there’s a free shuttle bus.Do eat in the Chinese restaurant on 2nd floor. They have limited menu in English but are happy to provide food that is on their Chinese menu - just see what others are eating and ask. Fantastic food and excellent service.Don’t use the expensive hotel laundry, walk around the corner to Soars Street and use Best laundry. Very efficient

    Hotel is located in the middle of 2 MTR, hence there is quite a bit of walking. The room is old and dated. Lifts are small and slow.
