  Aesthetic & Affordable Stay in Central HK

  Mini Hotel Central overall worth it for the price, especially in Hong Kong where hotels can get very expensive. This hotel is considered as one of the most affordable option.The room is tiny, yes I agree, but surprisingly it’s “basic but not so basic.” Everything you need is there (hair dryer, kettle, amenities, proper shower room, luggage storage under the bed, tv, ac, hot water, etc.).The location is probably best part. It’s in Central (supet famous area in HK) walking distance to MTR station, close to Lan Kwai Fong, malls, stores, restaurants, and the famous Mid-Levels Escalator, peak tram, etc. so it’s nice if you love exploring Hong Kong by foot.There’s also good coffee there, and an aesthetic lobby area to rest or take cute photos. Things to note is the Central area is quite hilly. So if you enjoy the charm of Hong Kong’s uphill streets, this is great for you!Some rooms (including my room) even have big balcony with amazing stunning view! Love it They also have a rooftop self-laundry area with more stunning view and relaxing vibe. And vending machines with everything you need.Conclusion: Affordable, strategic, aesthetic, and feels very Hong Kong. ✨Note: They have 2 hotel branches, also fo check the Causeway Bay branch and choose as your preferences!

  Worse hotel in Hong Kong !! Don’t go there even for free !!! Location is excellent but th rooms are all dirty and old !! Feels rabbit cages each room and no towels get a proper towel

  The obvious place to start is the rooms are tiny. It’s basically a closet with a mattress and a shower but for a very cheap price in one of the most expensive places in the world. A lot of cities do not have micro hotels so if you’re not rich you can’t visit. This is an option between hostel and posh hotel that cost a fortune. It was good for me. Great location close to central. Up hill which is tough with a lot of luggage so travel light. You don’t have a lot of space in the room anyway. Mine was clean enough. Washroom also small and you get a towel made of a paper to dry off which actually works good. Better than dirty towels at most budget hotels. Staff were helpful and it was fine for sleeping and showering. Lots in the areas so you can walk or take metro all over. Really good for the price I think.

  This location is excellent and though uphill and difficult with luggage it’s still a very good deal, Hong Kong is expensive. Be prepared as the rooms are tiny but clean. You think small but not small. TINY! They are basically a mattress touching three walls. And so if you have a big luggage it needs to go under the bed. That small. Shower is meh. The towels are not cloth reusable they are paper towel like. I thought ridiculous but work surprisingly well. Especially considering so few of these hotels have clean towels. You get new ones each dayStaff are great. Very friendly and helpful so it’s a solid place I think in a great location up a hill. Hard to get there with luggage but easy to roll down when leaving.Overall for the price it was good. Place was clean and only for sleeping. In the day you’re outside enjoying the city. Or should be. I would stay here again.

  Do not believe any of the good reviews—this place is genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Hotel Mini Central in Hong Kong was a complete nightmare from the moment I walked in. The room was tiny, filthy, and reeked of damp. Mould covered the walls, and the bedsheets felt physically wet from how humid and unclean the space was. It was genuinely disgusting.When I asked to move rooms, the staff literally laughed in my face—no apology, no attempt to help, just complete disregard. I checked out immediately and found somewhere else to stay.Avoid this place like the plague. No amount of location convenience or budget pricing is worth the health risk and disrespect. Stay far, far away.
