Locations was accessible to mtr and very near to all the local foods that we wanted to try . Room was good for a family with 2 kids . We stayed on the 14th floor which was recently renovated. The room was very clean staff courteous. Would stay again! A good hotel but needs updating

Overall, a good, basic hotel that is located in a good part of Hong Kong making it easy to get around - we had a room on the 8th floor (Smart Plus). The hotel was clean, as was the hotel as a whole. We did not use the restaurants so cannot comment on that. This was my second time staying at the hotel and good value for money. That being said, it looks tired and needs decorating. Staff were generally friendly and hotel was quiet - which given the location was good. One thing that was not so good was the wardrobes were noisy to use and the light switches bleep every time you use them - making keeping quiet in the room a little challenging. I stayed at Nathan Hotel for 17 nights and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay.Communication with the hotel via email was smooth and efficient, with prompt responses from the staff. I booked a Smart Plus Room, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable for a long stay.The housekeeping team also did an excellent job. They were helpful, attentive, and respectful of our arrangement of belongings in the room.The hotel’s location is another huge advantage. It is within a short walking distance to Jordan MTR station and very close to multiple bus stops, making it extremely convenient to get around by MTR or bus, including the airport bus service (A21).There are also plenty of food options around the area. Tsim Sha Tsui is just a pleasant stroll away along the long streets, so you can easily walk there as well.Overall, it was a very good stay and I would gladly return in the future. One of the best stay in HK

Eaton and Nathan this time, I ended up choosing Nathan again because I remembered the staff is always friendly, and gotten free upgrades to larger rooms more than once. I stayed at about five different hotels in the past, and three of them are usually my top picks, but Nathan hasn’t disappointed me yet.We arrived around 2pm, and check-in was quick & smooth. They gave us a bigger room again with 2 double beds, which was great. The room can hold up to at least 6 large luaggages and few more carry-on. And can walk freely. The amenities are always there, and the cleaning staff truly go above and beyond. Every night, they gave us fresh towels and new canned water even though we already had our own water in the room.One suggestion for the hotel: if they want to be more environmentally friendly, they should invest in water dispensers so guests can refill their own bottles, like they do in Taiwan. That would be a nice touch.The hotel should bring back the handy phone so we don't have to worry getting internet when we are out and about.The room has everything you need and there were even two electrical converter adapters in mine room and if you need an extension cord, they can provide or you buy one in a near by store. The tiny fridge actually gets cold; it even froze my drink, which is more than I can say for some other hotels where the fridge is barely cool.A couple of small downsides: the WiFi can be a bit slow sometimes, though it still works for watching YouTube. I also think the hotel should make the WiFi more secure—like requiring a password instead of just letting anyone select and connect.Overall, I’d definitely recommend Nathan Hotel, and I’d stay again if the price is right.
