The resort is located on the top floor of the five-storey ark and is surrounded by facilities such as the Ark Garden, Noah's Adventureland, Noah's Stadium and Fun Fun Track.

The resort has a lift and features 43 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, room service and an alarm call service. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.
