Location

The property includes 5 villas/houses as well as 23 suites, 44 single rooms and 488 double rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. Further amenities include an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided.     The hotel is not awesome. The rooms are not big but it’s Hong Kong so expect that. There is no free breakfast, strange for China, but normal for HK. I didn’t mind the exercise room and the pool, but both won’t win any awards for style or beauty. The reason this place can charge regular fancy hotel prices for its subpar offerings is its location. It is within walking distance of the MTR, Central Plaza and the Chinese Embassy. And because of that, we’ll probably be back every couple of years as we must do visa paperwork.     Well located and pleasant with some comments on the gym and pool area

    Very convenient, well located hotel I am pleased to book often when I travel to Hong Kong. Rooms are a bit old (talking about the junior suite). A good and diverse breakfast and nice facilities such as the pool and the lounge. However regarding the gym the only confortable bicycle is broken since weeks and the guys don’t seem too concerned by that and active enough to do something (except for welcoming and opening the door to pool area with a large smile). Customer is working for them such as filling the form and dropping the dirty towels. A good initiative to distract them from their phone and discussions would be for example to clean frequently the wet handles of the machines after being used.     We had a fantastic stay at the Novotel Century Hong Kong and would not hesitate to return.Travelling as a family of four, we stayed in a suite which was incredibly spacious by Hong Kong standards. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax after busy days exploring the city, and the accommodation was comfortable, modern and exceptionally well maintained.The housekeeping team were outstanding throughout our stay. The room was spotless every day, and the staff were always friendly, professional and helpful.One thing we particularly appreciated was the excellent air conditioning. Hong Kong can be very hot and humid, and it was wonderful to return to a cool, comfortable room after being out sightseeing.The pool area was another highlight - clean, well looked after and a great place to unwind. The breakfast was superb, with a huge choice of both Western and Asian options. Everything was fresh, well presented and regularly replenished.Location-wise, the hotel is excellent. It is just a short walk from Wan Chai MTR station, making it incredibly easy to get around Hong Kong using public transport. There are also plenty of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby.Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
