    It is one of my regular hotels whenever I am in Hongkong due to its design and located in an industrial area. The hotel is also near to the MTR. Room are very small but has a great view of the area. Staff service is informal but friendly. Breakfast is a set instead of buffet. The lobby has a nice feeling and very cosy.

    Stuck in HK south and that was the only choice. Room is extremely small and ugly. Price value is zero.Good location near train and bus

    Converted building with a vintage music vibe. Mildly industrial with music quotes of different varieties. Good breakfast. I’ve stayed in smaller places in Hong Kong.     Noisy hotel！Cannot sleep.

    Very noisy in the night due to the pipe. The hotel stuff confirmed it is a issue cannot be solved. Not easy to get a good sleep.     Service Standard of Staff varies but service by HK lady in glasses and long hair is very good. Breakfast offers a set but the food is very average, however Filipino staff offers good service. The room is very small and hard to walk around but has a good view of the city and is near MTR.There is a Christmas feel at the hotel lobby.
