    Great Harbour Views and Excellent Service!

    We had a lovely stay at Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View. The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2–3 minute walk from Sai Ying Pun Station (Exit A1), making it so easy to explore the city.Our window offered a beautiful view of the harbour, which was a highlight of the stay. While the rooftop pool was closed during our visit, you can still go up there to eat and enjoy the incredible panoramic views of Hong Kong.Initially, our first room had a cigar smell, but the staff were very kind and helpful. They provided air fresheners and eventually moved us to a different room. The new room was very clean—5/5 for cleanliness! They provided fresh towels and cleaned every day. I also requested an iron, which they provided promptly. We tried the breakfast buffet; it was good, though the choices were a little limited. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff!

    Our flight to Hong Kong was canceled by Qatar Airways, a situation entirely beyond our control. We promptly informed your hotel that we would not be able to arrive as planned. Despite having booked and fully prepaid our stay weeks in advance in good faith, trusting your establishment, our request for a refund has been flatly refused.This response is both unreasonable and deeply disappointing. We are being penalized for circumstances we could not possibly influence, and your complete lack of flexibility or understanding is unacceptable. As a result, we have not only lost our long-planned holiday but also a significant amount of money.Such treatment reflects extremely poor customer service and leaves us with a very negative impression of your hotel. We strongly urge you to reconsider your position and provide a fair and reasonable solution.

    hotel doesnot have clothes hanger - only 2 very awkward hooks on the wall that guarantee to crease all your shirtsrude and unhelpful staff - tell me to buy hangers at 7-11receptions always answer after 50 ringsbasin outside of the bathroomcleaning staff is appalling - they stock my room with old , dirty and worn out with holes bath towels. - for this alone cannot have 4 stars ratingi brought my own silk pillow case to sleep on, the cleaning staff mistook it as theirs and took it off the pillow and threw it on the floor inside out, and clearly step on it I came back after the cleaning and saw them folded it neatly on the side, i opened it up adn discovered all these dirt marks, i immediately call them over and asked what happened, the guy said he saw it was dirty and so changed the pillowcase for me.When I was handwashing the marks off, they were all on the inside, how did i get the footprints like dirty marks on the inside of my pillowcase by sleeping on it??? freaking appalling cleaning crew.the trolley that held the phone, kettle etc are the worst piece of furniture, it has railings at every shelf and it was in the way of the socket,Toilet roll holder is behind you when you sit on the hotelevery morning waiting at least 10 mins waiting for the lift to get to the ground floor. the lifts are terriblethis hotel is NO WAY a 4-star hotel, its so bad, everyone should stay away from itunacceptable - extremely bad,

    The interior was tired and dated. The shower was small but useable, but only reached a tepid temperature. The wait for the lift could be up to 10 minutes. The location of the hotel was really good and our interaction with the desk staff was good
