Location

This hotel is located at the heart of Shatin in the New Territories and borders on Shatin railway station offering access to the Kowloon canton. The hotel is 25 minutes by train from China and around 45 minutes from Hong Kong international airport. It is just a short distance to New Town Plaza, one of the largest shopping and entertainment complexes in Hong Kong with over 300 shops and a large cinema. The hotel affords views out over the Shing Mun River and lush green Shatin Central Park. For those who enjoy horse racing, Shatin Racecourse provides weekend entertainment nine months of the year. A range of historic and scenic spots are to be found in the surrounding area.

    Great hotel staff and service! The team was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and every request was handled quickly and politely. The location was perfect—easy to reach, close to key areas and a huge shopping mall, and convenient for exploring. The rooms were comfortable and clean, making our stay relaxing. We especially loved the swimming pool, which was well-maintained and refreshing. There were plenty of comfortable spots to unwind. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.     I love the location and the friendliness of staff. Very nice room, quiet, green river view, open and at the same time located next to shopping mall and MTR station with 20 minutes to Hong Kong Island. Extremely helpful and friendly staff.     We stayed here for one night on 10 May (which happened to be Mother’s Day) , booking four rooms for a family occasion, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.A huge thank you to Miss Rody at the front desk. She made our check-in incredibly smooth and helped us sort out a bit of a situation we had with no fuss at all. Her professionalism and kind attitude really made a difference.My parents were especially happy with the stay, which means a lot to me. The rooms were very cozy, comfortable and well-maintained.
