    Check-in was swift, and the hotel lobby and corridors were neat and well-presented. The room had limited space, making it challenging for those with big suitcases. We couldn’t locate any bathroom ventilation, creating some inconvenience for your roommate while the bathroom was in use. The mould at the bottom of the shower area was an eyesore, irritating me every time I showered. The hotel is centrally located in Kowloon, within a 15-20 minute ride to Mongkok and Tsim Sha Tsui, and about a 10-minute drive (or 20-minute walk) to the subway station. Given the reasonable room rates, I believe what the hotel offered was fair, though the mould in the shower was a significant downside.

    Budgeting… nice and clean. Good for frequent flyer with light carry luggage. Since the drop off and pickup is not that convenient.Good residential area, with distance to the subway system. But the overall convenience is not bad.

    We stayed for few months already and we love to continue stay.Generally Summit View is very good for people who like silent and clean. Housekeeping always provide good service except the maid sometimes talk loudly like market and knocked the door very early in the morning.Reception always respond very quick and remember who the guest is. Elaine is very nice and helpful when we asked for assistance. Karen is polite but too silent. Ken is very experienced and knowledgeable. Adrian is always very hardworking and busy in midnight.Engineering staff at night is hard to communicate and like the worker only work in the morning.No comment for security because seldom see. Maybe in casual wear?We found there are some changes during the COVID-19.Pros:1) Toilet is locked now and avoid outside people to enter.2) Computer detect thermometer installed to check people3) Room rate is very reasonable for this qualityCons:1) WIFI slower than before2) More smoke guest than before 3) Many tattoo guys and noisy people stay than beforeWe think maybe the price now is very cheap so many strange people book room here for party or eating place or office. Although we are also benieft by cheap price, but the boss should think about to keep the standard rather than occupancy, otherwise Summit View will ruin by these weird guests. We think we will accept a bit increase price to keep the standard and make away the suspect bad people.Anyway Summit View is a very good place to stay and there are many yummy restaurant near around.     I stayed in Summit View during March and April as my apartment is under renovation. I chose Summit View is due to proximity to my apartment. This hotel was renovated about 1 year ago, it's clean and tidy, and it's really value for monty for a 2-month stay. In terms of proximity, it's just 10 minutes walk to subway. The only drawback is the restaurant has been closed for business; yet there are quite a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood, so that's not a problem.
