Stayed 13 nights in a corner executive room very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very convenient for buses, one bus stop to Central right outside hotel. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly return.

I booked a Suite and had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable.What impressed me the most was the exceptional service from the staff. On the night of my check-in (2 June 2026, around 11:30 PM), I was about to check in when I realized that I had left my passport on Bus No. 6. To make matters worse, my phone battery was almost dead.The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ricky Tsui, whom I would like to thank personally. He patiently guided me on how to find my passport, explained what I should do, and even lent me a power bank so I could stay connected while searching for it.His kindness and willingness to help during such a stressful situation made a huge difference. I was truly touched by the level of care and hospitality I received.Thank you again to Ricky and the entire team. If I visit Hong Kong again, I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel

Just had a great stay here with my son for his competition at Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Big shoutout to Oscar at the front desk—he was so helpful and really went out of his way to sort out our check-in. The rooms were spotless and the facilities are top-notch. Loved the view and how quiet it was at night. Plus, it’s less than 1km to Harbour Centre, which made getting around a breeze. Highly recommend if you want a convenient but peaceful spot in HK! 👍
