Location

This hotel is an ideal base from which to explore the sights of the city, such as the Hong Kong Museum or the bell tower. The ferry terminals serving Star Ferry and China Ferry are also just a short walk away. Hong Kong Airport is about 25 minutes away via the express train, and 45 minutes by car. From here guests have direct access to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (Exit L3, L4 or E) and to MTR East Rail.

Facility

The hotel has 6 lifts and features 736 rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units have a sea view. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café, a bar and a pub. Great food and friendly service await guests in 4 air-conditioned restaurants. A delicious breakfast guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between a buffet, à la carte, or a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Our hotel stay felt like home away from home. Our was room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels provided except complimentary drinking water. Location is excellent. The A21 airport bus drop off (#15 Middle Road then cross the street) and pickup point (along Nathan road past ISquare before Hypong Road-N6 bus stop) going to the airport are very near the hotel. The basement access from the hotel to the MTR made our HK exploration easy and enjoyable. There are a lot local restaurants, fastfood chains (Jollibee and Mcdo), 7eleven near the hotel (just use Google map as guide). While the hotel offers buffet meals at reasonable price, as senior citizens with dietary limitations, we opted to eat at local restaurants a la carte. You may try (Cafe 100 percent) located at the basement going to MTR from the hotel. The cafe staff are very professional and warm plus food served are always freshly cooked, delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, we are glad to have booked in this hotel for a well rested and secured stay in HK.     I have been using the Kowloon since 1993. Is is convenient located, prices are reasonable, services are good, breakfast was reasonable, room was clean, I would say that the only point I can recommend is more seating in the foyer.     Great location with spacious rooms and very reasonable prices.Easy access to public transport and to the harbour. Numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Singapore Airlines staff stay here too which i took as a good sign.Highly recommended.     The hotel is perfectly placed for the MTR, the waterfront, and the ferry.We were able to get an early check in which was free. The staff are very friendly and helpful at the front door. The room its self was clean and had enough space, the air conditioning was also great. We didn’t eat or drink here but would definitely return.
