    What an amazing hotel, with great food and wonderful staff. Thank you to Marissa and Esther at Tai Pan, who always greeted me with a smile and made every dining experience enjoyable. In the evenings, we loved spending time in the Executive Lounge, where Johnrey, Tara, and Irish were incredibly hospitable and always took such good care of us. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made us feel truly welcome and turned an already wonderful stay into one filled with unforgettable memories. We can’t wait to return.

    This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I travel a lot). It is so classy and luxurious and beautifully created. On top of that, the staff are extremely professional, and deliver wonderful,service.I’d also like to that Johnrey, Diana and Irish in the lounge. They were so lovely and the service was great!     If you love gastronomy, booking a lounge-access room here is a must. The food presentation at the Cassia Lounge is top-notch, and Emilio's hospitality is unmatched. He is incredibly dynamic, greeting us warmly during our lounge visits and later dropping by to check on us while we dined at Tai Pan.
