  I booked this hotel for 5 nights. i sent an email to confirm the booking as it was booked through another website. No answer. Tried again a week later for confirmation and to let them know that even though I had paid for the 1 st night i would not check in until 8am the next day. I've never had an issue before, in fact I do this quite often. Never any problems because I let them know. Well Carrie the booking person said that because i was not checking in onthe 1st day that. they would charge me a full night. I have already paid the room for that night but they wanted to charge me again. No where was this stated in the booking process. Now because I am questioning it, total silence, not a single reponse. Would not recommend.

  Relaxing stay at Otto Hotel!

  We had an excellent stay at the Otto Hotel! The location is unbeatable, right in front of the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Exit B2, walking distance from the main shopping street of Tsim Sha Tsui, and surrounded by many restaurants and food stalls that fit every budget. The room was spacious enough for 2 adults, taking into consideration the usual sizes of HK hotels. Although there was no space to put our luggages on the floor, you can either store them under the bed or how we did, by placing them on the window sill. Beds were small but comfortable, sheets were clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. They also provided and replaced toilet amenities as needed. Softdrinks in the mini bar were free for the first day, canned water provided every day. There were enough charging ports in the room, there was also a hair dryer and safe. Ironing board can be requested. Housekeeping was done everyday, front desk staff were polite and helpful and available 24/7. The doormen would always politely greet us when we arrived and left, ushering us to the doors and calling the lift for us. You will hear some guests in the hallways but nothing too extreme. No noise from outside disturbed us. I will definitely come back to this hotel whenever I stay in HK! We loved our stay here, thank you Otto Hotel!

  The night manager was rude and unprofessional. The room was small and uninviting. The service was next to nil. When I requested a receipt, it was refused. In all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - it is a sad experience and an embarrassment to hospitality in Hing Kong

  Room requests was attended to with the kindness of Carrie. Thanks to Anita the housekeeper. Room was clean and amenities were promptly replenished. Peter at the lobby as you enter is very attentive and friendly. If i were to nitpick, it would be the shower door leak and the lavatory slow to drain. Perhaps the hotel would be in need of a makeover soon. We have been staying here for the past 5 years or so and this would have been our 9th or 10th stay in 5 years. We enjoy the coziness of the room, and more importantly the location!

  The prime location of the Otto Hotel makes it exceptionally convenient. Situated just steps away from Nathan Rd, Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and various bus stops, including Bus # A21 providing seamless airport transportation. The proximity to a plethora of fantastic dining and shopping options further enhances its appeal.Our accommodation in this boutique hotel was exceptional. The room exuded modernity and functionality, with a comfortable bed. Accessible power outlets and USB ports met our charging needs seamlessly. The room's impeccable cleanliness was maintained daily by the housekeeper, who ensured replenishment of water bottles. The room had essential amenities such as a safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, and a selection of beverages including coffee, tea, and a few free soft drinks.The staff at Otto Hotel went above and beyond with their super-friendly and helpful demeanor.My stay was enjoyable, and without a doubt, I plan to return on my next visit to Hong Kong. I wholeheartedly recommend this boutique hotel for its unbeatable combination of affordable pricing, central location, pristine room conditions, and outstanding staff, making Otto Hotel the obvious choice for any traveler.
