The staff is so absolutely wonderful, i came for three days and stayed a week, hotel felt like home, definitely coming back. Very comfortable to stay at The Putman like you’re at home. It has kitchen and separate living room, also I love it has laundry mashine. Close to luxury and street shops at Queensway roads and IFC mall. First time I have stayed at this hotel and I have very satisfied more than 100%. I always choose this hotel first when I come to HK in my future trips. Our stay was fantastic!The location was 10/10, we walked all over, close to different stations, so many restaurants and cafés, bakeries and shops. The staff were absolutely amazing! So helpful and friendly and kind!The room was very comfortable and very clean!We would definitely come back to this hotel if we were to come to Hong Kong again.
