    Solid stay with convenient MTR access; the sleeps were relatively good despite ongoing renovation work

    Location: Decent, though it helps to get your bearings first. Once you do, having the MTR and a major shopping mall right at your doorstep is a huge plus.Atmosphere: The hotel began renovations in late 2025, so the atmosphere is a bit transitional but functional.Rooms: Comfortable and quiet—perfect for a good night's rest.Value: Fair. It’s a "get what you pay for" experience, but it feels reasonable for the quality provided.Cleanliness & Service: The hotel is well-maintained and clean. While I didn't require much assistance, the staff was pleasant and professional.Amenities: Well-equipped with a swimming pool, quality on-site dining, and all the expected in-room essentials.Highlight: Highly recommend the seaside jogging and cycling path less than 1km away. It’s a great way to start the day!

    Asian trip Feb 8 to Feb22 2026 >>>> I had wonderful stayed here few years ago , I am back in 2026 no brainer I choose this place for my nine days stay , well equipped and convenient location above the Tseung Kawn O MTR , stone away from two mall the Pop Corn and TKO Shopping Mall , the property well maintain inside and outside the hotel full of joyous Luna New Year festival atmosphere , front staff very professional smooth check in my room is upgrade to 30 floor with my IHG P/E status , great views of the mountain and the town , room spacious clean and comfy bedding , modern bright bathroom everything well stocked , for privacy beware the bathroom venetian blinds can push up and you can see the the whole bedroom in front of you !!! nice restaurants on site , if you looking for laid back hotel and not too expensive with friendly helpful polite staff , Great rate for IHG member , The Crowne Plaza not a bad choices to stay ! Happy Lunar Chinese New Year !

    What the Fxxx. We’ve been in this hotel few times per year. Now, they added a drinking area, and right off the registration area, you cannot stand there or seat there. Fxxx, it’s right in the registration area. We got off the air, and might be delayed. Got into this place, not even a seat, not even thinking about a free drink for a Five star hotel. We are really pissed off. Fxxx, you’re adding a barking dog at the your hotel that will scare away all your loyal customers.

    Convenient for an overnight stay before a cruise

    Conveniently located next to the PopCorn shopping mall and around 20minutes away from Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. We received friendly reception and was able to check-in to our room at 11am. We had arrived at 9am and they looked after our luggage without any problem. Our room with a king-sized bed had a good view. The room was a good size and very clean and was adequate for our overnight stay.
