  Excellent location with an Excellent Staff

  Excellent location near Ocean Center and Harbor City shopping. It is a very nice walk with many small shops to the train and an even better walk through Kowloon park via the exclusive bridge just outside the door of the hotel. The Royal Pacific Towers wing has nice spacious rooms and all of the staff are excellent.   5 star hotel with great service

  Exceeded expectations in all ways. Our hotel rooms are quiet and newly renovated. Location location location!! It’s excellent, commute is easy closeby two different subway lines, shopping/dining are inside the building. Staff are professional and friendly.   Exceeded all expectations – impeccable service and stunning harbour views

  I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and honestly went in with fairly modest expectations. My office is located nearby and I’ve always walked past the building thinking it looked a bit tired from the outside, so I wasn’t expecting much. However, having flown back from overseas and needing an early start for a meeting the next morning, the location was just too convenient to pass up.From the moment I stepped in for check-in, I was genuinely surprised. The gentleman at the front desk, Horace, completely set the tone for the stay. His warmth and professionalism were nothing short of what I’d expect from a top-tier luxury property—if not better. We arrived quite late and noticed he was managing the front desk on his own. Despite that, he immediately came over to help with our luggage and took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the hotel. Even though it was late, the service didn’t feel rushed at all. He even waited to make sure we got the elevator sorted. It’s that kind of attentiveness that makes all the difference.Later, around 3 a.m., we needed to request some items and were amazed to find that Horace was still the one who answered the phone—again, with the same cheerful and prompt attitude. That level of consistency in service, especially through the night, really stood out.As for the room itself, it was far more refreshed and modern than I had anticipated. The harbour view was absolutely beautiful. But the highlight for me was the bed—after a long day of work, I slept like a log. Honestly, I think I slept better here than I do at home. The mattress and linens were incredibly comfortable.Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The service team was warm and welcoming, and the food quality exceeded what I had imagined. I’d particularly recommend the omelette—it was cooked to perfection and honestly better than what I’ve had at several five-star hotels in Hong Kong.I’d also like to give a special mention to Claire at the front desk and the concierge team—both were exceptionally polite, detailed, and made sure every part of my stay ran smoothly.All in all, this hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations. Of course, it may not be a ultra-luxury property, but considering the pricing, the location, the room quality, and above all, the outstanding service, it offers incredible value. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run hotel in the area.   This hotel was a changeover last minute stay on way back from Bali and it was amazing.The staff are so friendly and helpful it’s unreal. The location is perfect for going shopping for all your top clothing brands and not too far from the hustle and bustle of seeing the delights of this beautiful city.It’s roughly about a 30-40 minute drive from airport in red taxis but well worth it. WiFi is spot on.
