    Extremely bad hotel. There is no restaurant inside, you need to go fin knows where, there are no room designations, the photo of the hotel does not quite coincide with reality, there are no standard sets like a toothbrush or toothpaste, you need to go looking, from the entrance you can't go to the G floor where the lobby is, are you not adequate at all?) How to move in with you if there is no one?) Extremely negative experience in the organization of the hotel itself, the staff is all good

    lovely location in the heart of HK, minutes walk to the harbourfront, to any mode of transportation and to Victoria Park. Eateries open early and late to fit any kind of lifestyle. Lovely staff who are always attentive, even the guets who stay there are nice ;) - rare to have people who still say hi to each other in the lifts, but it happens at TUVE. Would stay there again! Rooms are spacious in HK standards, very clean, shower pressure is good. And for someone who travels a lot, its not carpeted, which is one of the most important things i look for in a hotel!

    Great location, but significant hygiene concerns regarding allergens

    I recently stayed at TUVE and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the location is excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay.However, we encountered a significant issue with the room's hygiene. There was a persistent moldy smell emanating from the sink and shower head. While it seemed to be a plumbing/piping issue, it was a major concern for us as my partner has a severe allergy to mold and dust. We specifically choose accommodations based on allergen-free standards, so this was quite disappointing.TUVE has a stunning aesthetic, but the sensory experience was unfortunately overshadowed by these maintenance issues. I hope the operations team can look into the drainage systems to ensure the air quality matches the high design standards.

    Staff were cool. Not fake nice. Actually nice. Location is perfect. You're in the middle of Hong Kong but somehow it feels quiet.Most "design hotels" are just regular hotels with the lights turned down. This place has soul. Five stars because I cannot find anything to complain about. And I usually can.

    Great stay with amazing staff. They helped us to find many good gems in Hong Kong. The room is very simple and comfortable and we had great amenities and design.
